Each time I go to this location I have a wonderful experience with the youth there . My order is always made fresh and as I request and I’m even given recommendations if I don’t know what to pick that day! Will continue to visit this location….. might stop by today !

I arrived to the store @ 8:44 pm on Saturday August 3rd, and the open sign was on and I asked if she was open and she just hunched her shoulders to me. It is 8:50 as I am writing this review. The sign stated that the store closes @‘9:00 on Saturday evening, then it should close @‘9:00. Some youth working in these businesses is not a good thing. Slothful. Since The Caucasians left it has gotten real tacky. It is the truth. Will not return.

Jaylen and Kia gave my husband and I such great customer service, they were so friendly and made the best smoothies. The smoothie wasn’t watery but thick and smooth like I like it! Ask for them to get the perfect smoothie! ??

I'm on a liquid diet. In the AM of 1/4/23 I told the young man working my dietary restrictions. He said, "I got you," asked me a couple questions about what I like, then made informative suggestions. Everything makes my stomach hurt and I'm frustrated, but this young man got me right for the day and I'm ever so grateful. "I got you." I LOVE hearing that.
The entire point of an online order is so that everything can be ready at its time promised. Instead the girl working behind the counter was to busy talking to a stranger about her relationship and her money issues. No work ethic.

Placed my order on the app at 1:39pm, I’m still waiting in the lobby (it’s now 2:17pm), so far three walk-in customers have come in, placed an order and gotten there’s. I inquired about my order that I placed on the app, she finds my ticket and is like “ok” very disappointed with how unorganized they are, will be my last time coming to this location
