I'm on a liquid diet. In the AM of 1/4/23 I told the young man working my dietary restrictions. He said, "I got you," asked me a couple questions about what I like, then made informative suggestions. Everything makes my stomach hurt and I'm frustrated, but this young man got me right for the day and I'm ever so grateful. "I got you." I LOVE hearing that.

I ordered online on monday morning at 805 am and the store was supposed to be opened at 7 am. When I got to the store at 815 am the store was still not opened and the door was locked. There was someone behind the counter but all the store lights were not on. All this to say, I bought a smoothie online but never got it because for some reason the store wasn't open like it said it would be.

The entire point of an online order is so that everything can be ready at its time promised. Instead the girl working behind the counter was to busy talking to a stranger about her relationship and her money issues. No work ethic.

Placed my order on the app at 1:39pm, I’m still waiting in the lobby (it’s now 2:17pm), so far three walk-in customers have come in, placed an order and gotten there’s. I inquired about my order that I placed on the app, she finds my ticket and is like “ok” very disappointed with how unorganized they are, will be my last time coming to this location

Horrible service!! I ordered a new smoothie, and I decided I did not like it and asked for someone to remake my smoothie. One of the workers proceeded to tell me that I was wasting the smoothie and it was not their problem that I did not like it. As a result, I will be contacting the manager.

On Friday are the worst of days to go. However this past Friday there were more worker's not as bad of a wait. But please just know which one's are the 32oz 5 dollar Friday. The young man told me they are all 5 dollars. I paid almost 8 dollars.
