Everything is always fresh and hot! My fav snack go to spot.
Good and fast! The guy at the window was sweet.
I come here often but the employees typically have poor attitudes. A simple “Hi, how can I help you?” would go a long way. Standing at my car window with no greeting is unprofessional and off-putting. Like I just had an entire interaction with an employee and she said not a single word, just typed my order in her phone and walked away. If you want a great snow cone with great service, try Nandy’s Candy down the street instead!
They got people in and out of that line, but the most inhospitable People working in The service industry. No, hey, how are you. Did not repeat my order back to me thank God I got what was actually mine considering I’m allergic to a lot of things probably won’t come back here.

There was a line for the drive thru...but im thinking it was bc it was happy hour with 1/2 off....which i think is pretty cool...customer service was good...someone came out and took everyone's order that was in line...I would say the snoball was good but it did taste like the flavors was a little watered-down...i would go again...
I finally tried something different! I got the Peaches and Cream Smoothie! It was very good and sweet just like I like. Usually for years I get the strawberry and pina colada smoothie..

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I showed up over an hour before close, and they had the lobby locked. One person pointed to the drive thru, and when I pulled there, she ignored me. Someone else came to the window and informed me that there is no way to see the menu except on the window (it’s a faded, see-through sticker on a window, and near-impossible to read). The whole situation was really unfortunate, and the staff was SO rude.
