This is my favorite snack attack spot this is my go to spot
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I showed up over an hour before close, and they had the lobby locked. One person pointed to the drive thru, and when I pulled there, she ignored me. Someone else came to the window and informed me that there is no way to see the menu except on the window (it’s a faded, see-through sticker on a window, and near-impossible to read). The whole situation was really unfortunate, and the staff was SO rude.
Love the family atmosphere and friendly workers.

Awesome employees
The workers are very slow moving and always running out of items. On this last visit, my children and I sat in the drive-thru line about 10 min before deciding to just go inside to order. Nobody was inside, so you'd think it would go faster, NOPE. We where inside about 6 to 7 min before being acknowledged and asked what we where getting, then another 10 to 15 min before receiving the kiddi and 3 small cups only to be told then that they ran out of nacho holders, but I sat there and watched about 4 to 5 nachos go out side to people in line who I ordered before🤦🏾♀️. If my children didn't want Sno Biz so bad, I would never choose to go there. So, I definitely go for my children and not for the experience at all. The workers are young girls and probably know nothing about true customer service.
