My husband and I chose to celebrate our anniversary with something simple, so we went to Social. I ordered the Catfish plate, but what I was served was clearly Tilapia. I'm a country girlI know the look, feel, and taste of catfish, and this wasn’t it. The fish had a strong, unpleasant smell and left a horrible aftertaste.

I politely informed our waitress (who was very kind), and she brought it to her manager’s attention. He came by, addressed the issue, and took the plate off our bill. I appreciated that until we got the final check.

We were charged a $10 gratuity for just the two of us, even though the menu clearly says gratuity is only added for parties of 4 or more. Let me be clear this isn’t about the money. It’s about principle and how it was handled.

It honestly felt like the manager was upset that I called out the fish and wanted to get that money back some other way. That’s not professional. If your menu says catfish, then serve catfish because folks like me will know the difference. And if your policy says gratuity is for 4 or more, then honor your own policy.

Don’t let emotions get in the way of good service, and don’t punish your customers for holding you accountable.

The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was ok. I'd give the food 6 out of ten. However the drinks though.... I feel if you're going to charge so much for them at least put them in a beautiful glass and make them strong. They were super sweet with no taste of alcohol. I paid 18 dollars for a Bob Marley drink that was awfully sweet. And 16 dollars for a small cup that was supposed to be a lemon drop. It tasted like some cheap lemonade. Social 21 you guys need some cooks and a damn good bartender.

The music is too loud . People want to talk and socialize . Please lower your music. Your service is great but the atmosphere is not best because of loud music.

Had dinner at Social 21 Bistro recently, and it was a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and stylish, but still felt relaxed and welcoming. Our server was super friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

The food? Absolutely delicious. Every dish was well-seasoned, fresh, and beautifully presented. We tried a couple of cocktails too — perfectly mixed and full of flavor.

Whether you're out for a date night or just grabbing a bite with friends, this place hits the mark. Definitely planning to come back!

So the 16.00 dollar drinks are smaller than 12.00 margaritas they are definitely not worth 16.00 this was our first time and sadly our last. We really wasted a lot of money here also the lemon pepper wings should have came with a lemon pepper packet
