Friday August 30 the service was terrible rude and unprofessional by the female worker taken the order pushed the button waited too long and still didn't answer it just walking around looking at me though the window and the people beside me had drove off while she was talking to them because of her rudeness and so did I the time was about 6:15 or 6:20 am

Service is HORRIBLE. I clearly asked them for the OREO cheesecake master shake. I told the car hopper that the shake she had gave me wasnāt the correct one, it was just cheese cake. I called back on the red button, they still didnāt do anything about it talking about Iāve already paid for itā¦ too many young people working and not enough older people with sense working !!

I ordered on the app. Got there and checked in. Then I noticed that it had signed me out. I was patient and waited30 minutes because it was busy. I pushed the button and told them that I had a call ahead order. The worker TOLD me to get out and come to the patio. Before I could ask why, she was gone. I pushed the button again and she said that there was only one carhop. WELL THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM! I had already waited 30 minutes. I want my food brought to me like everybody else. Itās a drive-in. Then my food was inedible. It was sloppy and had too much Mayo, mustard and ketchup. I really need a refund.
