I did an order ahead via the sonic app. I visit this location on regular and consistent basis. I ordered the new Sparkling Sugar Cookie Dr.Pepper and I received a regular coke. I informed Kammy what I ordered and she replaced the coke with a Dr.Pepper without a sparkle(sweet cream) or sugar cookie flavor in sight. I informed her that my drink was incorrect yet again and she was already visibly agitated because she was the only carhop/manager there. I understand how that is, but not getting the order right after 3 tries is ludicrous. I also paid regular price for the seasonal drink lol if I would have known I would have gotten a regular Dr.Pepper I would have utilized my 1/2 off drink via the app.

I’ll start off by saying they were nice about the whole ordeal. But I had to send my drink back 3 times for it to still be wrong. I ended up taking my loss and driving off with the wrong thing. Tots tasted like the oil hasn’t ever been changed and my chicken was so hard and just a tad bit away from being burnt. I will never be back to this location.

I have never had a poor experience with Sonic. Until today, at the Sonic here in Byram. I ordered an Oreo Blast and it has VERY sour ice cream. I’m assuming it was old, or simply soured. It was inedible.

I don't usually post negative reviews but this was the last straw. Sonic is a great place but I say go to brandon, pearl, or brookhaven if you are headed south. We placed the order online and noted our stall when we pulled up. Waited about 20 minutes and no milk shakes. That's all just milk shakes. Called got someone and waited another five minutes before they brought them out. We got a small slushie that we didn't order. One straw and someone had to go back and get spoons. No straws just spoons. And to go back to the 20 minute wait where someone was on the way and the app said it was delivered. All I can say is unacceptable. This is not the first time but it is the last for this sonic.

I literally ordered just a drink. They took ten whole minutes then when I asked about my drink she said she would go check on it. So i left. Literally all i wanted was a drink. Thanks for nun.
They don't put much effort into actually mixing their Sonic Blasts, but I still love their slushes. Had their cherry limeade and it was great. Sonic really needs to improve their hot dogs in their chili coneys, but that's not this store's fault.

10387 Danielle was very rude and unprofessional when taking our order. She kept replying "what else" after every item ordered. When the screen didn't reflect our order we ask about an item and instead of just saying "yes I got it"her response was "I SAID WHAT ELSE!!" twice. The only reason we completed our purchase was because our kids wanted slushes. And our order was incorrect once it reached us. I don't expect much from fast food places these days but the disrespect was unnecessary. I do not recommend this location due to this employee. However our server was very nice.
