I made an order in the mobile app. I was able to check-in but it seems I was forgotten about. The screen at the stallion said someone was coming with my order. It took at least 30 mins to get my order as I watched cars pull up, make an order & receive it & leave before I got my order. I pressed the button & told them about my order & they seemed confused. It seemed very short staffed today at this location but I feel extremely disappointed in the service. I only come to this location occasionally, but I don't think I'll be back. Please get more staff.

I press the red button to get service. It was not busy. In fact several workers walked by and saw me sitting in my car. The red button went off and still didn't get service. I actually tried again hitting the red button. I waited until it went off again.The gentleman in the car came that long after me. He was served. I never was. I left and gave Starbucks my business. What a waste of time.

I have to go to richland or pearl when I want sonic. The one in byram is horrible. The last 3 times I went and it was just horrible service- and never I mean never get the order right. I have gave them multiply chances everytime same old crap. This is the worst sonic in the country..

Great location. At this sonic, of the times that I've been there in the last 6 months, I've never found any of the screens that actually accept the credit card when you insert it. Even after you try several times until it turns green, and then they tell you you haven't paid yet even though the screen swapped over, making you think you've paid, definitely needs maintenance. I wouldn't have mentioned this, but it just seems like it would have been fixed by now. The servers don't really smile and lack the hospitality service. On a good note, the food is always served quickly, temperature is on point, good presentation, and tasty. The cooks are fantastic, whomever they are behind the scenes. This is why I gave 4 out of 5 stars.

THE OWNERS OF THIS LOCATION NEED TO SEND SOME ONE TO GO RUN IT CORRECTLY OR JUST SHUT DOWN AND GET OUT! STOP ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY!! TWO NIGHTS AGO I DECIDED TO GIVE THIS PLACE 1 LAST CHANCE, IT WAS ABOUT 10PM, NOT TOO BUSY AND I HAD AN EASY ORDER : MED COKE AND 2 PRETZELS... EASY ENOUGH RIGHT? PRESSED THE BOTTON AND SOME ONE INSTANTLY ANSWERED, TOOK MY ORDER, GOT MY ORDER WITHIN 7-8 MINUTES BY A VERY NICE CAR HOP & LEFT. TOOK ONE BITE FROM MY PRETZEL STICK & THOUGHT THEY HAD GIVEN ME A BLOOMING ONION, ONLY AS FAR AS I KNOW THEY DON'T SERVE THIS! GOT MY FOOD OUT OF THE BAG AND SAW THE MOST SCARY TANNED PRETZEL EVER. NO SALT, NO BREAD TASTE, JUST AN IMITATION PRETZEL WITH A TWIN IN MY BAG. IT WAS SO CRISP THE OUTER SKIN FLAKED OFF.... COME ON SONIC!!! NO SALT, YOU HAVE ME 2 PRETZELS WITH THE SALT BURNT OFF!! I did an order ahead via the sonic app. I visit this location on regular and consistent basis. I ordered the new Sparkling Sugar Cookie Dr.Pepper and I received a regular coke. I informed Kammy what I ordered and she replaced the coke with a Dr.Pepper without a sparkle(sweet cream) or sugar cookie flavor in sight. I informed her that my drink was incorrect yet again and she was already visibly agitated because she was the only carhop/manager there. I understand how that is, but not getting the order right after 3 tries is ludicrous. I also paid regular price for the seasonal drink lol if I would have known I would have gotten a regular Dr.Pepper I would have utilized my 1/2 off drink via the app.
Takes to long regardless of online order and does not take tap
And I got a moldy and they wouldn’t get me a refund.
