Soule’ Coffee +Bubbletea encapsulates the ideal cafe experience. The drinks aren’t just made to order, they’re crafted masterpieces. We thoroughly enjoyed the vanilla and passionfruit bubble tea and caramel latte. The atmosphere was so clean and comfortable, we wanted to sit and relax here all afternoon. If I could give this cafe 10 stars, I would.

The cakes are great except for the strawberry cake, all and all they taste like primos cakes.My issue with this place is that the lady at the county is not that welcoming at all and the guy is even worse. If a customer does know how to work the self serve menu..show them...rather than say you will get it one day..feels rude and disrespectful, I am not stupid by far especially since I am onlytwo classes away from receiving my Doctorate, but its hard to learn something new when people are behind you waiting to order quickly and the owner refuses to at least guide you. I didn't even get all my points because I failed to pull my number up initially while self ordering at the counter..I like most of the cakes but customer service needs improvement or else I will go back to primos to get the same cakes and a way better tasting carrot or strawberry cake! Do better...this is my third time visiting this place because its close to where i work and its new..but it needs some customer service improvement for sure??

Children are welcome and this place is very handicapped ♿️ accessible.I think they should feature one Mississippi author per month and sell & display book in-store for a commission. Kinda disappointed in the service. I recommended them for an event today and received serval complaints on their attitude from the kids and a few adults. Arrived with a broken coffee machine and wasn’t able to serve coffee (unfortunate because that’s why we booked them) .. I personally tried their Thai Tea which is usually AMAZING in the coffee shop. However, at the event it was not. I ended up tossing it in the trash. I know their service is better than the service provided at the event but this was our unfortunate experience today.

Fantastic coffee shop in the Jackson area. The coffee here is art!Chill vibe with nice music. There was a nice variety of seating (comfy chairs and tables). The atmosphere is great for catching up with friends or reading a book.Parking: Plenty of parking

Soulé has lots of choices, and flavors beyond just espresso. They consistently put out a beautiful drink every time.Tops favs are the vanilla bean and taro lattes. You can add boba to any drink and the cinnamon boba goes really well in lattes and other espresso drinks.The drink presentation is beautiful. Iced drinks come in tall, slim cups that really accentuate the colorations that happen when espresso mixed with milk.

I really enjoyed myself at this establishment, I’m usually a Starbucks person but this place came highly recommended to me by friends and I must say it did not disappoint. Customer service great, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The matcha was PERFECT 10/10. This is my new study shop!
