“Z was very personable welcoming, and handled the crowd well even though she was the only employee working. I wish there were more employees like her on the other shifts. The coffee was great atmosphere was calm and cozy, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area of Jackson.“

“So this is the one in Target by Drury Inn. The big box Starbucks was closed for reno. One would think that if the main supplier of coffee is going to be closed down, you would staff heavier in the next available coffee shop. They did not two youngsters trying their best to help probably 25 people waiting . Other wise it was Starbucks coffee.“
“The coffee was good, as always! This particular trip, however, the service was extremely slow. We waited over 20 minutes for our 2 coffees. I do believe they were training a couple of new people. Don’t worry - it won’t keep us from going back.“
