This is an Amazing Store, it’s clean, inviting, and warm. They make you feel as if you are at home. It’s a home away from home. They know me and I know them. They deal with really rude customers daily, they handle them with extreme care. The manager has been serving me for 5 plus years! Anywhere she goes I will follow! The lady worked at other Starbucks, but now she is here and I’m here as long as she’s here! What an amazing store, company, and employees extremely proud to call this MY neighborhood Starbucks

Don’t pick up uber orders here they make every customers items that walks in after you then you. It’s 20-30 minutes every time. I watched 2 groups who walked in after me get their orders and leave. The manager was Simone

I had the honey mint citrus tea, grande with 2 pumps of peppermint. Also known as the medicine ball. It was great!

It’s Starbucks coffee, bit of a wait but you’re not going to get a bad coffee.

The only Starbucks in jackson worth going to. Sweet staff, clean, friendly. Did I say clean. Yes love it here and will never go anywhere else EVER

We love Starbucks!!!! My dog had her birthday party there:) They even send me personal messages on my cups when I order Starbucks through door dash:)

When you walk in, you won’t get told good morning or hello. You will be either avoided or have to speak first in order to receive service. When you do finally get attended to, you’re made to feel like you’re an inconvenience. No eye contact, No greeting, and No welcoming energy. Go to a different Starbucks if you want to be treated like a customer instead of an inconvenience:)

The workers there are very rude !! I went this morning to pick up MY online order through doordash ! Hint again I said MINE!! I just ordered through DoorDash ! The workers fixed my drink and just left it sitting there , and when I told them it was mine the blond hair lady got an attitude and proceeded to walk pass my drink several times before passing it to me ! I will never come back here! That location needs to teach its workers about class and professionalism!
