Z was very personable welcoming, and handled the crowd well even though she was the only employee working. I wish there were more employees like her on the other shifts. The coffee was great atmosphere was calm and cozy, this is my favorite Starbucks in the area of Jackson.

I love this location. There is no drive thru but I actually like that. You gotta go in and actually see people. Really nice environment.

I’ve had good experiences and bad ones with this shop if I’m being honest. The coffee was good two times and bad another but the service has been good both times. ?

This is “the neighborhood Starbucks” for everyone in the Lefleur East area. No drive-thru, but easy in/easy out from the parking lot. You are likely to see a lot of regulars in the morning.

They don't know how to make basic espresso drinks. This has become widespread with Starbucks. It's a dessert shop now. It's no longer a true cafe. Additionally the staff member was angry at me for telling her the drink was made incorrectly. Very rude and incompetent.

They where extremely slow, probably one of the slowest moving starbucks I've ever been to. Ordering went fast but people where just standing around forever waiting on orders. All I had was a Frappuccino though I went to order the Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha only to be told(after standing in line 7 minutes) that they where out of the Peppermint syrup😫. I figured I've stood here this long so I may as well order something only to stand 10 more minutes waiting. They had 5 workers on orders but still took forever like they where all over the place with no order.

Ordered coffee, got literally MILK with SYRUP. How on earth can you call yourself a "coffee house" when you don't even make the coffee? All three staff there were, all with their noses in phones, so maybe that's how.
Don't go there, all the 1 star reviews here are not made up...

I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch, and there was no caramel in the bottom of the cup nor any ribbon crunch topping on the top. My drink cost $8.62 and the girl that fixed it was rude and didn’t say thank you on top of the drink being fixed poorly. Absolute favorite Starbucks in the city. Most of the workers always go above and beyond. Wonderful atmosphere and attitudes. Coffee and breakfast always makes my heart smile! Clean and courteous staff!! And they have the best Manager from the target starbucks. Can't be happier here!

do not recommend at all. we placed our order at 1:16 and did not receive our TWO drinks until 1:50. many people came in after us with several drink orders and left shortly after placing their order.

Please don’t ask the lady with three tiers of BLUBBER ON TOP OF THOSE LEGS A QUESTION about your drink . She’s definitely on demon time . I’m sure with that kind of pressure behind coffee that she has to MOST CERTAINLY BE an ELITE Coffee maker at her big age . Jesus . It’s too early for attitude. Told her to have a good day .
