Not the best today for an online order. It was noted that some drinks were unavailable so we changed up our order. Picked up in drive thru and both drinks were missing key components. No dragonfruit in the d-fruit lemonade ??‍♀️ no whipped cream for the frappe and will learn the hard way if they actually used oat milk vs whole in my drink. The blend looked rough and choppy.Wish they would have listed those drinks as unavailable also. Luckily not too much money was wasted since I used bogo offer in app.

So this is the one in Target by Drury Inn. The big box Starbucks was closed for reno. One would think that if the main supplier of coffee is going to be closed down, you would staff heavier in the next available coffee shop. They did not two youngsters trying their best to help probably 25 people waiting . Other wise it was Starbucks coffee.

My recent experience at the Starbucks located inside Target in Jackson was nothing short of shocking. I placed my order at 7:45 PM, a seemingly reasonable time, and was met with a response that left me deeply disappointed.I simply ordered a coffee, but the barista informed me that they were closing in 15 minutes and declined to serve me. This lack of willingness to accommodate a straightforward request was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. Starbucks has always been synonymous with quality service, and this experience fell far short of that reputation.To make matters worse, when I expressed my disbelief and mentioned that it's not appropriate to refuse service to a customer in this manner, the staff simply laughed at me. This blatant disregard for customer concerns and their unapologetic attitude only added to the distress of the situation.Starbucks has built a brand around providing exceptional service, and it is disheartening to see such a poor display of professionalism and customer care in one of their locations. My experience that evening has made me question whether this particular Starbucks within Target values its customers at all.In summary, my experience at this Starbucks was marred by their refusal to serve a simple coffee due to their imminent closing time, coupled with a rude and unprofessional attitude. The laughter that followed when I expressed my concerns was the final straw. I hope that this review serves as a reminder to the staff that maintaining the Starbucks standard of service is essential, regardless of the time or circumstance

The cashier by the name of Kira, an African American young girl, has the absolute worst customer service I have ever received. How do you work at Starbucks at not know your menu? To top that off, you have an attitude. Wow.

Overall laziest employees in the area. The store is currently closed at 4:30p.m. On a Friday! This is the 2nd Friday in a row this store has been closed. Walking thru target today, the employees that were 'working' were just hanging out and sitting on their a*" with a sign saying 'sorry we're closed for the day'***There is ZERO EXCUSE for this to happen on a FRIDAY***

GOOGLE SHOWS CLOSES 8PM BUT U WILL BE TURNED AWAY FROM 7.30PM ONWARDS. RUDE ISN'T IT ????Make sure you are 30 mins before to order.Otherwise, the coffees are good no complaints coz we were in before 7.30pm and others were turned away..Felt bad for other customers... some visited with friends and some with Kids but had to leave without any service.

Very rude cashier. I mean absolutely rude for no reason. African American guy with short dreadlocks needs to be fired. No greeting had an attitude when I had to ask for receipt because he didn’t give it to me. And my simple drink that I always order was horrible. I will never come back to this location.

I would recommend driving 6 mins up the road to the starbucks in target instead of going to this one. The barista at the window asked me for a tip and charged my card for my order then told me they didn't have anything that I had ordered at the box. When I ordered something different at the window both of the drink's ended up incorrect. I'm a former starbucks manager that was with the company for over 3 years and this is really some of the worst customer service i've seen. Hopefully the store manager will see this and make some changes.

I will not purchase in this branch anymore. Cashier is rude. I have 2 orders but she only punched in one. And she kept saying “I got it stop repeating” in a rude way. Btw my orders were mocha cookie crumble frap and a mocha Frappuccino. The fact is she didn’t get it. Only punched in the mocha cookie haha smh…acted too smart.

I have been a Starbucks shift supervisor for 3 years and worked in multiple stores in Little Rock Arkansas. On a trip to gulf shores, I mobile ordered here for a shaken espresso with salted caramel foam and a strawberry açaí refresher with peach. At the speaker box a man told me they were out of salted caramel foam that I ordered through the app. So I asked for whip cream instead (whip cream is a no-additional-cost modifier) I got my refresher and it clearly hadn’t been shaken so I tasted it to see if it had the peach juice I ordered and it didn’t. It was also missing the strawberry inclusions. And my shaken espresso that I order almost on a daily basis back home was extremely sweet! I like sweet coffee but it tastes like they doubled the amount of syrup.I asked the man if my refresher had been shaken and if it had peach and he said no. I wasn’t offered a refund or recovery of any kind for the modifiers they were out of. The only saving grace for my experience here was that the man at the window was honest when I asked if they had shaken my drink, and offered to remake it.
