Stopped in for lunch today. This might be the happiest workplace I have ever walked into in my life. The staff was super friendly, not only with me, but with one another and happy to be there. This was at the end of lunch rush. The food was outstanding. Had the sausage gumbo and it was excellent. When I’m back in downtown Jackson, I will definitely be back.

OMG I have just had some of the best soup I've ever tasted. First time trying this place. Saw on their website that the daily soup was a Senegalese chicken peanut soup - immediately intriguing. I got a cup to try, but next time it'll be a bowl. Maybe two. It was that good. And the staff were super friendly! Can't wait to see what else this place has to offer!ETA: Went back today. Soup was just as delicious as the first time. Also tried the chicken salad - bang on....
