Was excited to see a bakery close by to our hotel but was told the croissants were frozen and needed to be thawed and they were out of biscuits at 820am and had 2 pastries in the glass display. Only 1 flavor coffee, black. Was told they were sold out if orange juice but a customer told the worker, no there's some more In the fridge. Not happy ?

I apologize I didn’t take a photo before I Destroyed my breakfast burrito and salad. The sausage was meaty and the eggs were cooked almost as fluffy as mine! Salad dressing, made in house, set the tone for the fresh salad. My new brunch spot!

Don't worry if it's busy, it is worth the wait. Service is typically above par. This place has a cool feel to it. Kinda of like a restaurant in Los Angeles I loved to visit.

Best Cuban Sandwich! The pork was so tender and tasty. It reminded me of Sunday roast that has been cooking in a crockpot for twelve hours. The ham had a great texture. It definitely wasn’t sandwich meat quality, so good. After two bites I knew I would be back for another the next day.

I go here often and the owner is so very kind and her assistant she is anything short of amazing!!! I decided today to try the D'Lo sandwich and OMG!!!!!!! Incredible there is nothing these two ladies can't make and it come out fantastic.

Brisket sandwich was ok.Brisket was chopped but I prefer my brisket pulled.

WHERE DO I START. Wish I could ve give them a negative 1 star. I experienced the worst customer service as a first time customer at Steve’s , I will never go back and I will tell everybody about it. They have lost many potential customers today. Steve’s wife was the rudest after they got my order wrong on my lunch break and and wanted me to bring it back. I asked for shrimp and grits and they gave me shrimp with rice, some type of soup they have the menu. She tells me she doesn’t know why the waitress said they sold that. I asked to speak with the manager and she tells me she is his wife and it’s just like I’m speaking to him. Her apologies wasn’t sincere, she had a really nasty attitude! Never gotten a refund or a call back from Steve when I called the other location. Bad business, bad customer service, and food was not good nor what I ordered. Absolutely unacceptable! This was the one on Lamar St
