Ordered online as I was heading into Jackson and arrived about 10 minutes early. The staff already had my meal ready behind the counter, which was a pleasant surprise. I grabbed my food and drink, then sat down for a relaxing break from driving. While there, I noticed several families come in and interact with the staff in such a friendly, welcoming way. It was refreshing to see such positive vibes between the employees and customers—definitely not something you find everywhere. Communities need more people like these team members!

Ordered online. Order was wrong. Put wrong ingredients on the sandwich, didn't toast. Only thing they got right was the little bottle of soda. Didn't even get the chips I ordered. Paid to add ingredients as in bacon & cheese..
Friendly staff and efficient and made the sandwich perfectly.Less waiting time ,i enjoyed my meal.

This location is horrible. I ordered online and it said that toppings like spinach, olives and parmesan cheese were not available. When i arrived all of those things were available. I informed the employee of the items i wanted that were listed as out of stock online and she told me that i would have to pay extra if i wanted spinach and olives. She then eent on to say those toppings were more expensice than others so they did not offer them online due to specials being usually offered online. Ive NEVER heard that at any subway when it comes to toppings . I understand charging more for meat and cheese but not for standard toppings. So if you like spinach or olives on your sandwich , dont order online or be prepared to pay extra if you like more than a few pieces of each on the sandwich.

This is by far the worst experience I have had at this subway on Northside Drive, Jackson MS. My order was made incorrectly first of all. I ordered a foot long, and they only had the 6 inch prepared. Then the employees continue to talk in their ethnic native language throughout the entire experience at this subway while I wait for the other half of the order to be ready. The employees could not speak any English at all, and mocked me the entire time, thinking I did not speak the same language as them. I am also and ethnic, Indian person, and understood every word in fact. They continue to say in their language, "I do not care if she is gujurati, keep talking about her. People like this are annoying", when I had asked if they could use Italian herb and cheese bread to make the other half of the order they did not have prepared always. The online app said Italian Herb and Cheese was out of stock .Overall, by far the worst experience at this subway. I do not like going to an establishment and having the employees talk about me the worst way while I wait for my order to be ready. if it had not already been paid for online, I would have left the sandwich and never taken it. For the future, I will never be coming to this subway ever again and letting all people I know what kind of employees work here: The type that talk about the customer, even if the customer speaks the same native language. Th saddest part is that this is one of my favorite locations because of the 2 previous ladies that worked here. I do not know they work here or not still but I will not be coming back to this location every again so they have lost a customer. And I will continue to spread the word to others about this location and on google reviews that this location provides the worst service.
