So i definitely struggle to type out this review because I've been there a few times and whenever the guy is there, I get good service; however, when the two women are there - the service is HORRIBLE. That's why I still gave the food (4) and atmosphere (5, its always clean) high ratings and gave the service a 2 (it wont let me do a 2.5). Anyway, I take my 70 year old mom there for subs with me for an early dinner yesterday. We basically stand there for about 3-5 minutes without being greeted. The one lady is helping someone while the other lady is cleaning up. She refills the meat and a couple of veggies, restocks bags (or something) and does everything but greet or wait on us. She holds a conversation with the other lady the entire time. The other lady walks to the back after ringing up the previous customer. At about 4 minutes or so I start to get annoyed, like lady, hello we are standing here. Standing there for 3-5 minutes may not sound like a long time, but it was. But i don't say anything. Partially because my mom is with me. I decided that I was going to let the situation play out and just write a review on the experience. I was about 5 seconds from asking my mom if she wanted to go somewhere else and then Finally the lady asks me what i want, I tell her...do you know this lady goes back to talking with the other lady and does not prepare my sandwich. By now the other lady is doing something else and taking care of a little girl who was in the back as well. Finally, this woman waits on my mom. Still she hasnt made my sandwich...she is just talking so much. So I have to tell her again my order. We have to repeat our order SOOOO many times because she is too busy trying to have a conversation with the other lady while making our food. I told her I didnt want it toasted. She put it in the thing anyway and I told her no, I dont want it toasted. I told her I wanted bell pepper twice...and then a third time because she kept having conversation with the other lady and getting distracted. Then she was putting like 3 bell pepper pieces and breaking them up LOL! That's another issue, but I wont go there. The thing that bothers me is... It was so rude. She was so rude and I wont be back. Even though the guy is always nice, speaks very nicely to customers...I still wont be back. Mostly because my mom is older and has some medical issues. She doesnt leave the house often. It was the wrong time for this lady to be so rude and disregarding. My mother was with me. I can get over things like this but its important to me that my mother enjoys the few times she actually leaves the house.

This lady I think she was the manager I never tasted the sriracha and she let me try it she always have a great smile and friendly will be back

Subway should care more about their brand and follow up on franchisee. It is unrealistic to just honor a contract that has clearly been breached. If licensing is recurring, then so should branding. If you do not meet requirements, you may no longer carry the brand as your store front Trademark. No store should make orders their own way. Consumers have the right to order the sandwich, wrap, pizza, salad, chips, out and beverage they would like. If you don’t have, you just don’t have it. The store has no phone, professionalism, patience, not proper representation. To say the least, the food quality should be under State Board of Health review. Consumers should have the choice to purchase what they want, even if they have to compromise but their choice.

Quality of food is a zero and so I’d the customer service. Where do you go to order your way and you get what they want you to have. Salad came with dressing already on it. Sandwich is missing meat, veggies, and dressing; not toasted. I got whatever kind of chips that they had not Vickie’s Baja chipotle chips. I tried solving by asking for a remake or refund but was unprofessionally put in my place with yelling and disregard.

Location is not even open. Will take your money for online order, but no food because THEY’RE NOT OPEN!!! And subway is now “servicing” their customers completely digitally so good luck getting your money back.
I placed an order through DoorDash and they got my sandwich from this horrible place! The sandwich was spoiled and you could smell that aroma through the wrapper!!This is sad because someone can get sick from the store owner being trifling and neglecting the expiration date of the product due to less traffic coming through for service!I live in Byram, so I don’t even know why my order was sent to Siwell instead of the 2 subways located in Byram!I want my money back!
