Too many young people work there,they don't clean as they work,always out of something..They don't change there gloves out after doing things that aren't food related..fast food ain't the same your better off making a sub at home at least you know your clean...this is most subways in JACKSON

Very rude and unprofessional staff…. My family visited this location on 8/2/24 . Upon entering being that it was four of us , the staff immediately begin sighing and proceeded with snobbish behavior.
Maybe if the employees weren't arguing about another customers order I could've gotten some good customer service. Took too long and all the employees seemed confused and afraid of the one employee that obviously wanted to be in charge. Finally got my sandwich and wish I had left it there. First time I got a subway sandwich that was flavorless.
This is my first time having a great experience at this subway. The young man with dreads allowed me to enter,even though it was closing time. He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. Thank you for the awesome service!

I only gave it a 4 star because they will have you to stand in line even if you are not ordering a sib. I only came in for cookies and I was there in line for 20 minutes. Once I got to the area to order the food. The associate asked what I wanted and I told him cookies then he told me to go to the register. 5 minutes later he asked how many cookies and I told him 9 it must have choked him because he then asked me again and I told him 9 cookies, please.There was no, I'm sorry for the wait, how may I help you or No, thank you come back again.But I got my cookie and I'm happy.
