Too many young people work there,they don't clean as they work,always out of something..They don't change there gloves out after doing things that aren't food related..fast food ain't the same your better off making a sub at home at least you know your clean...this is most subways in JACKSON

Orion Canda and the manager were both prompt polite and all together the subs were great.
I ordered a rotisserie salad online and received only 2 pieces of meat and a half bowl of salad I will not place another order here and I didn’t receive my chips

Very rude and unprofessional staff…. My family visited this location on 8/2/24 . Upon entering being that it was four of us , the staff immediately begin sighing and proceeded with snobbish behavior.
Maybe if the employees weren't arguing about another customers order I could've gotten some good customer service. Took too long and all the employees seemed confused and afraid of the one employee that obviously wanted to be in charge. Finally got my sandwich and wish I had left it there. First time I got a subway sandwich that was flavorless.

This is my first time having a great experience at this subway. The young man with dreads allowed me to enter,even though it was closing time. He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. Thank you for the awesome service!
