On 11/29, I called the store before I ordered because online, it said they closed at 10:30. When I called the lady said 9:30 which at the time, it was 8:15. I ordered my food around 8:25. Around 8:30, she had already pushed my food through on the app like I already picked my food up and I hadnt even left home. She called TWICE within 5 minutes, once to verify my order which gave me rush vibes and then again, asking me where I was and how long I would be..like what? When I get there, there was no greeting from her nor the janitor. Then, she goes on to say, "its cold outside, we trying to get out like yall". Like what kind of business you running when you supposed to close two hours later?! Oh and not to mention I paid extra for cat fish and they gave me tilapia. First and last time ordering here. I don't do well with bad customer service.

We went out of our way to stop here with our family on the way home from a road trip based on the good google reviews. Ordered ahead on their recommended app (menufy), order confirmed and paid (receipt via email), pickup time given to us. Google maps says they are open. Arrived and store completely closed. Do not recommend ordering ahead or stopping on road trip. Added 25 minutes to our drive and we have no food. Also now have to spend time to get refunded (I hope).

The owner is friendly and personable every time we come. The food is cooked while we wait and that’s never more than 8-10 min. If you’re looking for food quickly, hot and good this is the place!

Visiting out of town and and saw the Philly and the craving came. The woman who helped me was really sweet and caring for me and other customers. Good is good with limited staff when busy. But worth the wait. Come grab a bite! 😁

Ordered online & it said to pick up in 15 minutes. Got there, and it was ready. I ordered beef tacos, but they advised me that they were out of them when I got there. It didn't matter. The food was good either way. Those wings were so good. I should've ordered more.
The food is great! I got the wings, burger and fries combo. The sauce on the fries made everything 10x better!
