“Order was wrong, food was overcooked and cold. The guy who took my order wasn't paying attention and asked me to go get in the line again and reorder my food! I refused and asked for the manager as you know she wouldn't talk to me so I paid more money for my order and waited 10 more minutes, I won't spend my money here again. I get better service at Taco Bell in Madison!!!“
“I seldomly frequent Taco Bell, but it's one of the only fast food spots open late. On this occasion, the service was exceptional (Thanks,Jordin), while my order was surprisingly freshly prepared. In the past, other Taco Bell locations have been disappointing, but the Hight Street location deserves its flowers.“

The employees are always nice and kind and if for some odd reason if a mistake is made its always been put right without any hassle or negativity.
