I had 2 orders, used drive through, CashierJasmine was rude, spoke over me when placing my order, refused to let me complete my sentences by continuing to speak over me, had an attitude when I approached the window, I asked for extra ice, she told me that I had to go back through the drive through to reorder extra ice. Co-worker beside her laughing Please give them training on customer service. You can clearly see this location was not busy so what was the reason for the rudeness

Dismissive morning staff. I stopped by at 8:30 and to read the the store's opening time (9am). Once I view that I started wondering if they still served breakfast at this location. I caught what appeared to be management pulling and heading towards the door. I figured I'd just ask her. While still in my car, 10 yards away from the building, I said "excuse me ma'am". This happened several more time my tone becoming more elevated but never to the point of angrily shouting. I even waived while saying it a couple of times as she turned towards me but nothing. She simply looked at me unlocked the door and walked inside.

I visited this Taco Bell last night it was raining so as I was in the drive thru while my window is still up viewing the menu and when I decided to order something the guy that was taking orders on the headset said their were out of potatoes ok cool than I proceed to ask him about the tostada he said I don’t know I said dang you must don’t wanna be at work cause he was very rude I see they don’t care about how their employees treat customers the manager should be fired as well and this Taco Bell needs to be shut down

Lady at the drive thru today (1-23-2025) at around 1:10pm was rude as hell. I asked for sauce and she didn’t give me any and when I went back through the drive thru to ask for the sauce she neglected to give me she caught an attitude and said she could “only give 2” because she “knew I gave you some” even when I PROVED she didn’t give me any to begin with claiming I “probably took it out of the bag” and I know for a fact I didn’t. She deserves to be fired or put in the back of the store and taught how to treat customers.

When I pulled in the lights were off , kids in the lobby. Took forever to answer the speaker. I ask for my quesadilla… it wasn’t cut and when I ask for it cut the cook slam the spatula onto my quesadilla so loud you could hear it through the window. When I received it back the beef was everywhere it wasn’t suppose to be. I literally should have went to Clinton. This is far the worse fast food experience I ever had. The manger should fired for even allowing this type of behavior. This is ridiculous, if they didn’t wanna be at work they should have called out instead of implying that type of behavior.

The food was simply incredible. The employee, however, did tell me that he shat in my food. I was rather disgusted, but then he said that he was, and I quote, "Just joshing me bro". I ate the meal, and I noticed something was wrong INSTANTLY. He came in my burrito.

There is always something going on at this location. I tried ordering through DoorDash last week and their grill was down. Dot Dot Dot. Then I tried to place n order today and they only have soft and hardshell tacos. I could’ve sworn Taco Bell sold more than just tacos. Should change the name from Taco Bell to just taco. Because the common sense not ringing.

I received great service however I ordered a grilled burrito but it wasn't grilled and this location had a bullet hole in the glass which made the appearance feel unsafe
