The employees are so rude. The lady was screaming out the window at me and threatening me will be calling whoever I can get in touch with to get her fired.

My husband placed a mobile order that he asked me to pick up. I did not leave until after the order had been placed. The first thing that happened was I waited at the drive through a good minute to a minute and fifteen seconds before my presence was acknowledged (there was NO one in the area BUT me), then I was told to drive to the window. I barely stopped at the window when I was told to pull to the front of the store. People who came after me asked to be let out as they were not placing orders or waiting, so it became old very quickly. I eventually parked to move out of the way, and other vehicles after me did the same. The second thing was I waited 45 MINUTES FOR A MOBILE ORDER!!!! No one ever came out to explain or apologize!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! What really infuriated me about this whole situation is that other Taco Bell locations are not on this same level. I never once saw anyone going in or out (customers) and I never saw anyone moving around in the restaurant. The final straw was once I received the order and returned home, my husband stated, this is the wrong drink, to which I became outraged! He said, 'I know it's not your fault!' I knew he wasn't blaming me--I just couldn't believe after all of that, his order wasn't correct!!! He then stated he didn't have any sauce and asked if I was given any. I told him,'I gave you what I was given.' This should be dealt with in the most urgent way and with the utmost importance! A generic apology or flimsy excuse will only add fuel to this inferno because this has been submitted for all the world to see. Nothing--a free drink, dessert, or anything else wasn't offered for the trouble. Was there even supervision there during that time?! If so, they need to be FIRED, for starters, and I'm the last person to ever recommend such! I could not WAIT to leave this review, as I am still seething about it. My husband called the corporate office yesterday, only to not have anyone answer and he finally hung up. The worst thing to happen is that location is shut down and that's the end of that! That is neither a solution or resolution. That was a totally unacceptable experience for anyone to have!!!! Taco Bell corporate offices, you have the next move, but you have limited time to make it!!!!! This deserves a double number of negative stars; one star is way too generous!!!!!!

This place is ridiculous and poorly managed. I ordered a $5 cravings box, and I sent my wife to pick it up. She got home with no sauce, which I ordered, the wrong drink and a hard shell taco. I ordered soft shell. Just a waste of money.

This placed served me an old taco dorito. I never got my drink or my nacho fries. I'm very disappointed in this restaurant... It use to be my favorite place. Now I'll never order here ever again.

The most nastiest place ever. I order a deluxe craving box. I never got my nack fries,or drink. Plus the dorito tacothey gave me was old as hell. I'm disappointed in our community. When I become a health department inspector I'm shutting all this shit down asap.

This place. I have no words. The light skinned guy was clearly upset and rightfully so. There were only 2 employees during lunch time trying to run this establishment. There is clearly something wrong with management or this franchise. There is a disconnect when only two people show up for work.

First of all there was only one customer ahead of me and it took 30 minutes on my order I upgraded my drink for .70 and they gave me a small cup and stated that it was a regular size which my order came with a large drink so if i upgraded for a icee it should’ve been in the same cup that the order came with instead of being smaller for a larger amount don’t make sense. That location should be closed

Went to get the 5 dollar box but it took so long. Move through the line ok in the beginning my turn paid and then waited more than 15mins at the window. My entire time in drive thur was 30mins plus. Not fast food at all.
