The Beagle Bagel Cafe

First time and definitely won’t be the last. Greeted upon entering with warm smiles and, “good morning!”. There were several people in line and several people/groups in the restaurant and the lady behind the cash register told us to grab a place to sit and she would take our order (me in my wheelchair would have had difficulty navigating through to the start of the line). A few minutes later she bright a piece of paper and told us to write down our order. We did and an after a short wait pancakes, sausage, grits, fried eggs and coffee arrived. When I tell it was like a scene from the holidays…the love and care you could see that went into the preparation of our breakfast was divine. And right on point the food tasted better than it looked!

Good bagel and coffee

Supremely disappointed with our experience at Beagle Bagel. Our food was nearly inedible as the bagels were rock hard. I ate the filling/toppings and tossed away the sourdough hockey puck. For a titular item -- totally unacceptable. $10 for some lettuce and a half scoop of chicken salad.

Restaurant was buzzing and busy when we arrived, but with no clear direction or signage, we were shuffled around from front to back to front again to wait. Waiting time was typically and staff were friendly, but we won't be back.

As a frequent traveler, I seek healthier food options. I noticed MS has limited plant-based options. ( I should stop passing through MS!)
I requested a dairy & meat free breakfast wrap, and the staff honored my request. The wrap was fresh, the staff was friendly, and the wait was minimal.

Beagle Bagel has the friendliest staff and goes above and beyond! I had some items missing from my order and they went out of their way during a very busy time to make it right. Their customer service is personable, their food is consistent and their bagels are the BEST!!! Thank you Beagle Bagel!

Super fast service, incredible selection. But the highlight is the gentleman who helped me clean up my spilled latte and replaced it. He was so incredibly understanding and nice. I didn't get his name but if y'all see this, he deserves all the good things. Thank you, kind stranger, for not making me feel like a goof for dropping my coffee AND for making sure I got a replacement caffeine. ☕❤️

Door dash food was not ready when I arrived and still had to wait on the order. Then, most of the products that customers needs is not available. Example, cups with no lids

First time at a bagel spot and it wont be the last. Service was pretty fast and everything was good. One thing was weird,I guess the person was trying to mop the area people were sitting in so she placed the bucket and sign. The thing is if you enter from the courtyard area you walk into the shop right here so everyone had to squeeze between the sign and bucket to get by. And everytime someone sat down you could see her getting miffed. It was kinda funny actually,you can tell she was ready to mop and go home despite it affecting the customers

I had a wonderful experience at Beagle Bagel in Highland Village this morning. Ashley was kind and patient to work with me on a large order at the last minute. Highly recommend!

Best place I have reviewed this year! The atmosphere and outdoor seating is great and really cozy and relaxing. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the food is amazing. I’ll be back tomorrow! ♥️
