The Beagle Bagel Cafe

I had a wonderful experience at Beagle Bagel in Highland Village this morning. Ashley was kind and patient to work with me on a large order at the last minute. Highly recommend!

Italian Panini was ah-mazing! Bagel chips were fun. Brownie was huge and delicious. Sugar cookies are solid (and I don't really like sugar cookies!)

I was really disappointed in the food that I received. I ordered the spicy chicken salad wrap. It looked really good but had no flavor. There was nothing spicy about it so I think I was actually given regular chicken salad. It had a weird pasty texture. It’s really disappointing when you spend $10 on a meal that is not appetizing. After a couple of bites, I just threw the entire thing away.

Delicious Bagels and coffee. Had the everything bagel with honey almond cream cheese and beagle coffee. I highly recommend this place.

This was the first place I had a bagel sandwich, and it was quite delightful! A unique spot with great portions and options, especially for someone who doesn't usually eat bagels or large meals (ate the whole thing).

Everything I had here was really good. I got the big John panini which was basically a french dip with onions and mushrooms on it and had an jus sauce to dip in. I really like putting the pick a pepper sauce on everything that sauce is great. I also got a bagel to go and it was really good as well it was the everything bagel with the lotta lox cream cheese. I love that they have the zapps spicy cajun crawtator chips those are the best.

We have been to the Beagle Bagel many times and are always delighted. We don't have one locally, so we eat and then bring home a bakers dozen. Coffee is awesome. Food is always fresh and delicious.

The “manager” that answered the phone is extremely rude, aggressive, and condescending. I called in and asked for an estimated wait time after doing an online order. The only reason I called is because I didn’t get a confirmation from the app. She cut me off and hung up on me twice. If this is management, just know the employees are just as nasty. I come in and get treats for my team and it’s hardly ever a good interaction with the employees but the food is good so I look over it most time, but this really sealed the coffin.will not be coming back

I ordered a to go order off the menu online. It was a fall special (scoop chicken salad, bagel chips, drink of choice) I received a call from an employee and she was super rude. Asked me what was I talking about on the order bc they didn’t sell a combo. I said well ma’am it’s on the menu. I can’t change or add to your menu. She goes well I got chicken salad but it doesn’t come with no drink. I said ok and was unable to finish my question which was can I pay for the drink bc she hung up in my face. When I got there my order was ready and to my surprise a drink was with it so I said ok maybe she looked and saw they actually had a special. Get home and my order was wrong. It was a sandwich and like 3 bagel chips. I didn’t have the energy to go back and ask for it to be corrected. Definitely need to train employees on their to go menu online and teach phone rapport. I probably will not go back to that location. At least the chicken salad was good. I used my 3 bagel chips to scoop it off the sandwich ?

They have on their google business profile they open at 6. I get there at 5:45am and wait till 6. Get my 1 year old out only to find out they don’t open till 6:30. Will change my 1 star after the hours get fixed on the google maps.
