This was the filthiest hotels I’ve ever been to.
The broken lampshade, cracked glass in the pictures, the fabric stained and tearing off the couch. The mans whiskers on the door frame, urine on bathroom floor, one trash can, no pool towels or extra towels or spare sheets for the sofa bed to be found. It hadn’t been vacuumed. The spilled liquid dried down the door. It was a never take your shoes off hotel (even in the shower). 🤮 never again.
Starbucks coffee, easy access to room from outside
Stayed on the 3rd floor and people were fighting next door, slamming doors, carpet in hall way was dirty, no bulbs in lamps, toilet didn’t flush and room door was hard to open. Outside view from our window was a nasty have full green pool
And hot tub. Hall way smelled like weed was being smoked. Glad we only booked one night, didn’t feel safe and would not recommend to anyone.

The location is convenient for accessing shopping and restaurants in Madison/Ridgeland and core Jackson. The rooms are spacious, clean, and feature super comfy beds for a good night's sleep. The hotel prioritizes cleanliness with hand sanitizers readily available. While the property may seem a bit worn, the caring staff and upcoming improvements make it a viable choice for a stay, especially considering the reasonable pricing.
