The people working that Friday night were all very friendly and polite. They were all very knowledgeable and explained everything. Boyfriend asked for all the flavors of margaritas and they did it. The special that night was enough to feed both of us. If we’re ever back in Jackson Mississippi, we’ll definitely be having dinner

I'm here at least twice a month and notice which servers are better than others. I would say it's likely you will get a good server depending on the day of the week. The manager Rick has great hospitality, Felicia is AWESOME and I always give hats off to J.R whether I catch him when ordering carry out and he answer with such professionalism or I see him when waiting on his customers when dining in... HE GOES OVER AND BEYOND and is a great asset to the corporation. The food is seasoned well, and the bar tender will sometimes offer recommendations should you ask. When I don't have my family with me I sit at the bar and enjoy myself(This is when I get to low key observe everything) lol??♀️.

Whew chile! My family and I had a TIME at Might Crab in Jackson. Now I’m not too big on crab legs and all of that so I just got a shrimp boil. The garlic butter Cajun sauce was delicious!!! Our waitress, Kim needs a raise! She was lovely!!! We waited forever but we had a big party so I guess I understand lol. I had two margaritas so I didn’t care about the wait. The margs were potent and tasty. The atmosphere was chill, relaxing, and such a vibe. Oh and you get rolls with your meal be sure to dip the rolls in the sauce in your bag if you get a bag of seafood, my little sister put me on that little tip! All in All, we will be back!Kid-friendliness: It’s a very family friendly environment I never knew that so many kids enjoy seafood lol kids were everywhere enjoying their seafood.Wheelchair accessibility: The spacing is wide at the end of the tables there are vacant spot where you can easily park a wheel chair or even a stroller.

I've never eaten at the restaurant and only had crab legs for takeout. Snow and Dungeness crabs are excellent. I had to take a star away because out of the last 10 orders they are never ready when I get there at the prescribed time. Expect a minimum of 20 minutes to wait if you use their website to place the

So this was my first time coming here and I loved it! Coming in on a sunday evening I wasn’t sure how it’d be but from the food to the service everything was awesome!!The shrimp and crab legs peeled very easily and that lobster ?They also do a jazz music that I didn’t know about but if I would have I would’ve came a little later to hear more of it.

My waitress Princess was terrible tonight. I came at 8 pm and my food was terrible. She rung up my order wrong. Waited 30 mins for gloves. Food was cold by then. I’m just so disappointed. Experience is normally good but tonight was horrible. I will go to Juicy from now on.

The service is good most times. Same with the food. If it doesn't have enough seasoning for you, get a cup of seasoning on the side. I like to add some to my butter for dipping.
