Picked up today. Everything was perfect and frankly have never had a bad meal. Love the fried green tomatoes and ribs and sausage!

Very good BBQ. I got the brisket sandwich, sliced rather than shredded. Very juicy and flavorful. I also got the collard greens which were excellent. They have some sauces, which are OK. but honestly I thought the brisket was better without as its already got great flavor. Huge beer selection. they play great music. It was hotter than hades the day I went so I ate inside, but tons of outdoor space, both covered and open. Very friendly staff. Definitely check them out.

I stay less than 10 minutes from this restaurant. I ordered through Door Dash the pulled pork plate with fried green tomatoes and potato salad. The fried green tomatoes tasted synthetic and the breading was off . The worst fried green tomatoes I ever had . The potato salad was bland didn’t have any seasoning, and the pulled pork was old and had hard pieces of meat I could tell it was leftovers.

Great spot to grab a bite to eat. Food was excellent. Service was phenomenal. Their beer list is quite impressive!! Would definitely recommend to stop when you're in Fondren!!

Have been there several times for takeout. The food has always been good. However the last time I went and ordered brisket it was tough. Wish they served burnt ends. Will be going back.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And the food was absolutely AMAZING!!! I even had to order a large takeout order before leaving due to me not being from the area. I am making this my new lunch/dinner spot whenever I am passing through. LOVED IT!!!

Kid-friendliness: Many outside seating tables which I think kids enjoy more. They have activities like chalk and hula hoops and coloring for the kids! Went with 4 and 6 year old. They enjoyed it
While traveling across the country, we stopped in Jackson, Mississippi and ate at this restaurant. I don’t think I’ve ever tried Mississippi barbecue, but it was a little spicy and ribs were dry. I guess this Texan prefers her barbecue better. Prices were a little high. Although we did get to see the downtown area of Jackson.
