Food is great, tasty and affordable. We ordered brisket and smoked chicken. The brisket was very good, although the thinner part was hard. The chicken was yummi and soft. Our sides were coleslaw that wasnt really great and fries. All in all it is a nice place to eat.
Hands down, the best BBQ in Hinds, Rankin and Madison Counties! Brisket was flavorful, perfectly seasoned and tender. Sausage was nicely peppered. The restaurant is clean and service was great! We’ll definitely return 💕
Extremely casual spot for barbecue. Diners order at the counter, receive a number and food is served at one of the picnic tables outside or in a covered patio. Platters and sandwiches are available with numerous sides including green beans and scrumptious macaroni and cheese. Beef brisket was tasty but had too much fat, however the pulled pork with Texas toast was lean. At least 4 sauces were available including mustard and chipotle. The bread pudding was delectable!
