I placed a pickup order through DoorDash at this location on Sunday. When I arrived at approximately 3:30 p.m., the establishment was closed, with no lights on and the door locked. I contacted DoorDash customer support, who insisted that the store was open; however, I was physically present at the location and can confirm that it was not. I also took time-stamped photographs as documentation.
DoorDash declined to issue a refund due to the use of rewards and instead advised that I could pick up the order once the store reopened today. To prevent any further issues, I contacted the store in advance to confirm the pickup and ensure the order would be prepared.
During this call, the individual who identified herself as the manager denied that I had arrived at the location previously, despite my explanation that I possess time-stamped photographic evidence. I remained in the parking lot for over an hour, attempted to open the locked door, and observed that there were no vehicles in either the customer or employee parking areas. Nevertheless, she maintained that she had been inside the store at the time.
This interaction was highly unprofessional and concerning. I will be visiting the location after my shift today, which ends at 2:00 p.m., and I hope to resolve this matter by simply receiving my order without further incident. Given the circumstances surrounding this $33.54 order, the handling of this situation has been unacceptable.

It's been awhile since I ate at Pizza Shack, man I can't believe how horrible the pizza is now. I ordered the personal pan carnivore and it was terrible Way over priced..never again i will stick with Pizza Hut and Domino's

I have always had great pizza here. Never had an issue until today. I don't know what they have changed but this place has gone from the best pizza in the area to the worst. You would be better off going and getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. Needless to say I will not be eating at Pizza Shack again.

Used to be my fav pizza place for years but not anymore. Got a crap thin Hawaiian pizza with barely any cheese or sauce and a stale garden salad. $24 total and it was HORRIBLE ! Ate there every time I left the cancer center. Never again ! So sad ! Tried to post pics but it wouldn’t let me.

Get mediums. The price difference between a large and a medium is kinda crazy and doesn’t make fiscal sense at all. I’m not sure what that’s about?

The ABSOLUTE worst service!!!! Don’t even waste your time going into this sweat box. I ordered and waited then my pizza was given to someone else that came in after me after I waited in the ridiculously hot “restaurant” for well over 30 minutes. Then I was asked to wait another “15 mins” while they make another one. NO THANKS! Went home and ordered from the store in Madison. The service I received the last 2 times I’ve tried giving this location a chance was UNACCEPTABLE. I won’t try again.

In the middle of July it was hotter inside than it was outside. This location has gone from best to worst of their locations. Pizza tasted like they took a tombstone pizza and added toppings to it. Pizza was also ready about 30 minutes past the time it said it would be ready.

I ordered 2 pizzas from pizza shack tonight and they were horrible. I’ve been ordering from pizza shack for a while and never had the experience that I’ve had tonight. My pizza not only looked old but the crust was very thin which I didn’t order thin crust. I took the pizza back inside and told the lady who supposedly made the pizza about how I wasn’t pleased. She was very rude and felt the need to go back and forth with me as if she was in the right and as if We wasn’t looking at the same trashy pizza thrown together. She was very rude and had the nastiest attitude which is unacceptable when I’ve spent over $50 tonight for pizza to be made to look a trashy mess. Will not give my business here again and management needs to look into someone to run their establishment better than what she’s doing. Not only was I unpleased but someone that was there to pick up DoorDash had to wait over 20 or more minutes on a pizza to be cut after the worker also had a nasty attitude with the door dasher who ended up canceling the delivery order because of the rudeness we had to deal with tonight.
