Loved this place. Great pizza and atmosphere. My kids enjoyed the area with games on the lower level. Highly recommend

The pizza was decent but the service was bad I got doubled charged to close out my tab the bartender said I had to close out the tab with one card and then refund it to do it on a different card?? I had a few beers at the time so I didn’t think much of it but why would you charge me twice if I already closed it out with the card on file ? Anyways he closed out the card on file and then proceeded to charge my entire tab again on another card because I asked to use Apple Pay? Just doesn’t make sense and we still haven’t gotten back the $40 refund that we paid for Sep 30th! So basically it was $80 plus tip for a couple drinks and mediocre pizza NOT WORTH IT! Tried called nobody answered hope the manager or someone makes it right!

The pizza is great! The black man that was taking orders (I can’t remember his name) deserves a raise. He handled that late morning crowd like a champ on Saturday, 10/4. His patience is superb! He really should get a promotion!!!

My crostinis were so stale I couldn’t eat them and the pizza I ordered was burnt and as black as a pure bread panther. Service was good and outdoor screen was nice for games.

Good location, menu is a joke. The pizza is so bad. It literally gives me a tummy ache. No wonder nobody wants to come to Fondren. Go to Poppy’s or Pulito if you want a real pizza.

I ordered out so I can't comment on the atmosphere, service was great. My pizza was supposed to have fresh basil but it obviously came out of a plastic bottle, half the crust was burnt. First and last time. I wish I could figure out how to post a picture I most definitely would. The $6.99 Better Goods Margherita Pizza at Walmart is 💯 better than this that I just spent twice that on. It even has real basil!!

Im from out of state and this is my second visit. The pizza here is amazing as well as the service. This establishment is not a corporate type so give the server a few on your arrival but after that its a first name basis and top flight service... The pizza..... 3 little pigs is it. If you like sports the TV is amazing and the seating arrangement guarantees you will have a good view. 10/10 recommend.

When we pulled up we had high hopes for the place , they were quickly dashed. We sat down looked like the place needed a good cleaning , we were the only ones there so employees could be cleaning BUT instead they were sitting at the bar talking very loud and cursing like they were all alone. Very disrespectful to customers. We ordered bruschetta and a margarita pizza. After about 15 minutes they come out and tell us they don’t have the pesto to make the bruschetta and ask if we want something else we ordered the pretzels. Our pizza came out it was burnt and had no basil on it like a real margarita should. Not the flavor was good I really like the crust . They have a great wood fired oven which is why I got really excited when I saw it. Unfortunately they have a piece of equipment they don’t know how to use. They must just shove them in and walk away never turning it or staying with oven. After we were almost finished with our meal our appetizer showed up and it was hard pretzels probably from a bag that were so greasy they were not eatable and the sauce that came out with them , I have no idea what that was. It’s a real shame because it has the potential to be a great place , clean it up stop using nasty profanity in front of customers and learn how to use your equipment. Maybe they can turn it around.

Pizza was good & hot! We had a meeting there around 6:30. It was raining so we were able to get seating quickly for the 7 people in the group. Everyone was friendly. No badgering us every 5 minutes about needing anything.

The environment and the people ate amazing‼️ I come here a few times a week just to kick back, relax, eat, and watch sports. They also have open mic nights on Tuesdays from 7pm-10pm.

I have been waiting months to review this place, as I wanted to have visited at least a few times first.
The good: the atmosphere here is awesome. A huge jumbo screen in the back with the game playing and several places to sit and enjoy. Also in the back are corn hole and ping pong… it really is a fantastic space.
The Bad: service could be better. Many reviewers over the past two years comment on how the service seems to be lacking. Every time I’ve been the waiter or waitress seemed to have been working their first week, if not their first day. For that to be possible this place must experience some significant attrition. In the most recent visit on March 7th 2025, the waitress clearly didn’t know how to operate the handheld POS device used to take orders. Having said that, they have always been friendly and kind.
The Ugly: The restaurant (and Menu) hypes itself as a pizza joint. When walking through the restaurant, a huge pizza oven is visible on the left side of the facility, leading you to think they have high quality, homemade pizza. I can’t stress enough, after multiple visits , how terrible their pizza actually is. While some reviewers may disagree, I can only assume they have limited pallets that only were engaged with pizzas that were frozen or served at a carnival. The dough tastes like it started its life frozen, having been prepared at a factory from Sysco. The pizza sauce was equally disappointing , being overly seasoned. Last year a worker told me they hand made their sauce from fresh San Marzano tomatoes… which sounds cool, but in a million years I could never connect the dots between tomato sauce so purely Italian and the sauce I struggled to stomach on these pizzas. In short, if you plan on coming here, get your pizza ahead of time, then come here for drinks and the game/live music afterwards.
Lastly, I’ll say I consider myself a champion of Jackson’s food scene, and I want restaurants like the Station to thrive. And while the concept and atmosphere hits the mark, the service is lacking, and the food is abysmal to all but the most elementary of pallets. I hope they soon hit their stride, but until that day, eat elsewhere.
