This wing stop is not customer service friendly. I placed an order @ 8:44pm and it wasn't ready until 10:04p. Total waste of time and money

I ordered the food online. It was ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly. I left my phone and had to go back and get it. The nice security guard had found it and put it up for me. The food was seasoned to the bone, hot and fresh!

Ordered online a hr early and came and my order is still not ready said be ready in 12 to 30 minutes and nothing yet needs better workers plus they are so rude

Some dike girl at this location is a ducks I'm picking up a order already placed and paid for and when I walked up in there this bag was there the whole time I'm waiting 15 minutes looked at the bag it's mine be ready the whole time!! She held my food on purpose told the dude from waitr o we know you we got u ready we don't know these other folks and I was the only one in there!! It's 10:30p they stop answering phones that place just going to s*****
