Went for a birthday reservation and was told they had 2 waiters and that if we didn’t want to eat hibachi that we have walk down stairs to place a order, no one paid any attention to us or provided any service to us, also you have get on the elevator to go to the roof top, then claim 2 flights of stairs before you make it. We were moved down stairs where we sat for an hour and then was told the kitchen was closed and we only had a choice of hibachi or nothing. Never received our bottomless mimosas, we also asked to speak with the manager and she would not speak with us or provide a refunds . We were in a group of 20 and came on a party bus .

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and my 40th birthday at Zaza Sky Lounge with a couple of friends and it was a complete vibe. Our server Kierra was amazing. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly and they all look like models. The menu was small but the food was good. The drinks are 5-star! We will most definitely be back.

My coworker and I just left this place for lunch. I rarely leave reviews, but this was just so disappointing. Lunch is buffet but not many options at all. The food was cold, salty, and overcooked. My coworker tried the so called “seafood boil”. The crab legs were so small and overcooked she couldn’t even get the meat out, and the shrimp were overcooked as well. The fried fish was way too salty to eat. Literally EVERYTHING we put on our plates was cold. I literally only ate a half piece of salmon and a roll. The salmon was hard as a brick. The buffet was $22 per person, which was a total waste and very high for the quality of food, lack of options, and the service given. If you are considering it, just save the money or eat elsewhere. I will not be returning!

I booked a reservation for my birthday. They tried to sit us at the table where walk in sit at it was not enough space for 200$. Also they did not have the DJ I was not told that the DJ was not going to be there it was very misleading. They didn’t have any sparklers to come out with the Happy Birthday. I was unaware that there would be no hookahs but we saw another table with one, but we couldn’t get one? It didn’t make since. Then the security was very rude to my people and it just felt like harassment. Last time we came late night and it was a vibe this time it was so bad. Really it’s giving 0/10. I probably will not be coming back because it was a waste of money and I could not receive a refund due to the inconvenience on their behalf.

Flies were in the $58 dollar mimosa tower.. the section we were sitting in was filthy, lip gloss, hair, sunflower seed shells and tooth picks … the place is filthy.. they don’t accommodate large groups well.. the food comes out cold n threw together.. for the amount of money you spend.. the quality of the place should be better ..

I really wanted to enjoy this establishment, however me & my party was never given the chance to. I’ve visited your place of business twice the first time was brunch (the air wasn’t working) despite the service was good. They acknowledged us.. addressed all concerns which overshadowed the lackluster food. Tonight, a friend decided to celebrate a birthday at the “Sky Lounge”…. The moment we sat down everything was wrong, from us never being serviced to the manager having to step in & service us.. we ordered a hookah, it never came. No one ever apologized … they decided to give us a cabana thinking it would solve the poorly ran place of business. I understand things happen & things may fall into the cracks but it was clear that our business was never wanted or appreciated. We watched our “server” bounce around us from table to table. She came by 1 time happy that we had gone to the bar to get our own drinks & left us saying “Good thing yal already have drinks, so I’ll be back to check on yal.. I got to go handle something” she never came back!! I’m sure these type of establishments aren’t easy to run especially in Jackson, I would just say do better. Your business has so much potential, but the servers which are the face of the business will/has ruin your reputation!
