I’ve been here a few times. As long as it’s not packed out, the food and drinks come fast. Of course, more people longer wait times. Came for a bday brunch. I got salmon breakfast. It was cooked a lil too long for my liking but other than that I have no complaints! The music was nice, not too young of a vibe. The inside is clean and stuff is friendly.

My sister reserved a section for $300 that seat 10 ppl which was good. We ordered drinks it took about 45 minutes to get and the server failed bring all the items we ordered...the food was horrible for the price they charge...I don't mind paying for anything, but this was ridiculous NEVER AGAIN AND I MEAN NEVER AGAIN. I GUESS THIS WHY IT TOOK ME THIS LONG TO COME CHECK THIS PLACE OUT

Had reservations for 2 at 8p, seated immediately. Ordered drinks and food.food took an hr to get to us even tho we were the only ones there. Already out of certain food items. Lamb chops were cold, flavorless & drizzled in bbq sauce(?). The “seared chicken” looked like a chick fil a chicken patty, the sides were cold as well. Really nice atmosphere was truly disappointed in the food/service.

Extremely unprofessional management. Period honey.
Do not waste your time here. The whole kitchen is cross contaminated! They do not have proper equipment to prevent cross contamination. The GM refuses too pay people who have worked. The inside of the kitchen is completely disgusting providing expired food and food storage has never seen a soap and rag. While the lobby is beautiful the fish and chicken is thawed out in the same sink your dish was washed in. It takes a long time to get food because there's no organization or structure. The owners are there the entire shift to be served like the customer without pay so food cost and liquor sales must be horrible.

Me and the wife was celebrating Valentine’s Day we went in was greeted my the hostess she
Preceded to say they had a comic there and was charging 25 per person to get in we went in anyway ordered drinks and saw that they took another 25 dollars off my card I had to ask why and she said that was to start a tab and I would be refunded in a couple days I didn’t want a tab but she said it was mandatory food was mediocre and about two hours we was ready to settle up and no comedian ever showed up so I don’t think it was worth 175 for two people

It started off great but ended terribly. The 40-count wings were fantastic and arrived quickly. However, everything went downhill from there. The music was unbearably loud, making it impossible to enjoy the company of my group—we were sitting right next to each other and still couldn’t hear, even when yelling. Two days later, my voice is still hoarse, and my ears are still ringing.
The wait for our individual meals was ridiculously long—over two hours—and the last two meals arrived significantly later than the first three. To make matters worse, three out of five orders were incorrect and overcooked. The salmon was dry, and the catfish was so bad that I couldn’t even eat it—I took one bite and had to spit it out.
That said, the staff was friendly, the wings were excellent, fried hard just as I requested. I’d definitely order them to-go in the future, but I would never dine in again or order the catfish or salmon. If you’re craving wings, they’re worth it, but everything else was a disappointment.

The food was amazing but the young lady was not really engaging. Her vibe was off and being here from Massachusetts I was told this was a great place. I would come back just hope to have a different server

I am highly disappointed with Trio. I booked a reservation a week in advance for this place for 10:30 pm January 10th. They sent me a text confirming my reservation the day of only for me to get there last night and no one was there. There wasn’t any employees working in the establishment. There was no one at the door and when we looked inside the place was completely dark! I had a group of 10 people to come out and celebrate with me for my birthday. They traveled out of state to celebrate with me at this establishment because of how much I enjoy this place! I was upset because I love Trio and I’ve always spoke highly and recommended this place to my family and friends. The establishment could have at least reached out and stated they would be closed. Thank goodness I was able to go somewhere else to celebrate and bring in my birthday.
First Business/Food Review of the year. Wife and I went out to celebrate my sis Tamara Lynn 30th Birthday; which was held at Trio Eatery owned by none other than Canton’s very own Boo Rossini!💯💪🏾
I’m starting at the very beginning. 🧐
Parking: FREE PARKING!
If you haven’t been there before, you’ll drive past the place looking for the parking, but it’s actually in the back of the establishment. Just drive through the garage like entrance. If you want a park in there, GET THERE EARLY! They’ll block it off once it’s full; if your car is low to the ground, just park on the street, because the ground clearance is high as you go into the garage.
Drinks🍹
Ike & Tina ($20)
Patron, Grand Marnier, & Lime Juice)
PYT ($20)
Tequila, Triple Sec, Prickly Pear, Sweet & Sour, & Lime Juice)
They’re not stingy with NONE of the liquor, when it comes to their drinks! You’ll get your monies worth.
Food🍗
Voodoo Wing Platter (40pc)
Buffalo, Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan, and Sweet Chili BBQ. (I actually shared with everyone!🤨😅)
The wings came out hot and were absolutely delicious.🤤 I’ve never had dry Garlic Parmesan flavored wings, let just say they were the first to be devoured!😮💨😮💨😁😁
Music/Dj 🎤
Whomever the DJ was, had the music going all night. The music wasn’t extremely loud like most club/establishments.
Security 👮♀️
I can tell you this, they have Security in the parking lot, out front of the eatery, and on the inside. And Capitol Police was driving by every 5 minutes to add on to that!🤔
All in all, here’s my final score of Trio Eatery (802 N. State, Jackson, MS 39202).
Drinks: 10/10
Food: 10/10
Trio Eatery as a whole (Waiter, DJ, Cleanliness) 10/10

My co-workers & I decided to go here for lunch & it didn’t disappoint. The food was impeccable & the drinks were definitely a vibe by themselves. I think our servers name was (Josh) & he was very attentive & provided us with great customer service. I didn’t know about this place until yesterday but I’m already ready to return☺️See you next week👍🏽

We went for my friend’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time, the atmosphere was amazing, The manager gave us complimentary drinks. The food was good, we had wings and fries. They enjoyed the hookah, and DJ. I have one suggestion, make sure your servers check on your customers regularly. our server was okay; but excellent service is everything!!!!! We plan on coming back for hibachi. I hope we enjoy that as well.

Went for a birthday reservation and was told they had 2 waiters and that if we didn’t want to eat hibachi that we have walk down stairs to place a order, no one paid any attention to us or provided any service to us, also you have get on the elevator to go to the roof top, then claim 2 flights of stairs before you make it. We were moved down stairs where we sat for an hour and then was told the kitchen was closed and we only had a choice of hibachi or nothing. Never received our bottomless mimosas, we also asked to speak with the manager and she would not speak with us or provide a refunds . We were in a group of 20 and came on a party bus .
