What a gem!! And, our dogs were welcomed to the patio. Recommended by a local who runs a fun furniture shop in the neighborhood.

Came for lunch with the family. Exceptional experience. The new owners have gone above and beyond.

Closes at 9 PM? Their last seating is 8 PM, IF you ask nicely. Walker’s should relocate to Ridgeland to better serve its elderly, boring, early-to-bed customer base. That’s certainly more their speed. But seriously — the Fondren Arts District is a hub for nightlife. Act like you give a damn and stay open a little later.

First time in Jackson and this is a must! In the Fondren neighborhood they have wonderful art deco architecture.

I had lunch around 11 on a Thursday at Walker’s Drive In. We walked in and were stated immediately. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is top notch. The food is top quality and priced great. The service was very quick but still allowed us to enjoy the food! Business did seem to pick up closer to 12, but service stayed on top. I will definitely be back for lunch! I can’t wait to try dinner!

Bree service is a zero per 1st visit 10 minutes ago. I'm not a girl and you can't count.

Food was amazing. If we had been in town longer, we would have had another meal there.

Went with the redfish special and a side of truffle fries. The fish was flaky and fresh, layered with a sauce that added depth without overpowering. The atmosphere balanced upscale touches with a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made the meal flow naturally.

We had a fantastic meal at Walkers, from the appetizers to dessert. Nick, our server, was friendly, gave great recommendations, and made sure our meal was perfect. The food was delicious.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Walker’s Drive-In never disappoints! We hadn’t been in a while, but everything was better than ever. The service was excellent, and the food is hands-down some of the best in Jackson.

We came on a Thursday and appreciated that they were open until 9—perfect timing for us. The place was clean, comfy, and had a great vibe. It was busy, so we had to park a couple of blocks away, but it was well worth it.

We had the Wagyu, lobster skewers, and a glass of Josh Chardonnay—everything was incredible. The truffle fries and side potatoes were seasoned to perfection.

Our waiter was fantastic—super attentive and rocking a great mustache! We even gave him a compliment on it. 😄

We love that Walker’s still holds onto its original charm. My husband and I will absolutely keep coming back… and we can’t wait to try more of the menu!

The food was beyond amazing. Service took longer than expected. We were there over two hours. It was a tight fit into the booths. My husband and I always share food since we do not eat large amounts of food and would prefer not to take food home. We were charged a $7 sharing fee. We were not aware of this.
