Customer service all time low will not be eating at that location no more the crew are disrespectful, lazy,and inconsiderate of the customers they have a problem with fixing their mistakes that they make and very poor attitude towards the job the manger on duty has no control of the crew or running the store employees all over the place with no leader it's a shame how these young people don't want to do their job and expect to get paid taking my money and business else where for now on hope they shut that location down corporate needs to do a pop inspection on that location

These girls deserve an a plus today! They were very pleasant they were on time and this is the best Wendy's food I've ever had in my life!!!! Was very hot and their coke didn't taste flat... best experience I've had at Wendy's so far..Thanks 👍

Place was filthy and I went for a interview and didn't get interviewed! I walked in the hot sun got there 15 mins early told them why I was there and waited 40 some mins for nothing.

At this location it's kind of hit and miss depending on when you come in. It's best to go if they're hella busy if you want fresh food because after that you may get something out of a bin so cold the cheese doesn't melt at all. The young lady who took my order was really sweet, but it's hard to ignore the cussing and trap music in the background as if this isn't a public setting where professionalism, manners and respect are commandments, not suggestions. After realizing one of the voices was actually the manager's (using unprofessional language on the job with the children), it becomes easier to understand where the failures begin. I haven't had a hot fry from this location so I can tell you little. I dined in twice and my sandwich and burger were steaming hot though.

They're usually very nice and sometimes fast with your order. I can always count on them at some point to get a part of your order wrong. Problem is you don't find out until you're halfway to your house. Once the mistake is brought to their attention they've always corrected it with no issue.
They do sometimes have persons hanging around the drive-thru area asking for money but in my experiences they've been harmless.

Manager leaves out my six piece nuggets but when I return with my receipt claims she put them in there basically calling me a liar. She keeps saying she put them in there but she didn't. I'm furious because who would drive way back up to the restaurant for something they already have. Customer service was horrible. I will never return because I was treated horribly after I paid for food I didn't receive. I basically got cheated and waisted money on terrible service. Someone needs to teach these hoodlums the customer is always right. I'm warning everyone not to good to this Wendys because I see why people are getting shot and killed because I felt the same way after being treated like that after spending my money. This manager on hwy 80 is unprofessional, incompetent and ignorant. I guess anybody can be a manager at Wendy's. You don't have to have integrity or good customer service. She must have slept with someone for her position

Walk in no one acknowledge that you was there (speak) .My host Marquianna was very Rude I ordered my food she didn't listen to what I said and had it wrong. Didn't ask if was here or to go. I had to ask for a straw for my drink, ketchup for my fries, dining room was nasty,drink station was nasty very poor service ?.

This Wendy’s needs to be shut down ! Everytime I come around breakfast time there is always a shortage on breakfast food and the time for breakfast to end hasn’t even came about . I came on June 2 at 10:00 and somehow they only had 4 biscuits left I ordered two gravy biscuits and a two for three I get to the window I’m missing my other gravy biscuit and the girls at the window were so rude their yelling telling me that we only had 4 biscuits knowing that they take one biscuit and split it in half to make a gravy biscuit ! The manager on duty was Danisha and she had nothing to say about her rude workers .
