Staff is very rude and doesn’t place order the way the customer orders it. They totally leave off items and then when asked about them they just look lost and doesn’t offer any help. The drive thru takes forever just to place an order even when no one is in line ahead of you.

They don't like to let you use your Wendy's app points , might be because this Wendy's is very poor not enough customers, I tried use my points and they made up an excuse and charged me regular price when it was supposed to be free , might need to call bbb .

Fries were cold, large fries order had less than our small fries, 2 Jr. bacon cheese burgers were cold, spicey chicken sandwich was cold and old. I've never been this disappointed with Wendy's before, but I won't be going back to this location and I'll advise anyone else to choose another location. Even McDonald's that's close is better

If you need a quick place to stop I'd just keep driving. I don't normally write reviews but this Wendy's is awful. The drive thru employees are rude and simply don't listen. The whole place smells like a dumpster. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. I am writing this while sitting at a Wendy's for over 30 minutes. The only reason I would ever come here again is bc of convenience from work.

July 30 ,2024...between 4 and 430.pm. There was a young man who was working the drive Thru who was rude, nasty, and does not deserve that job...the young man was slender with locks and he wore a ring on his left hand shaped like a bird....first he had each car sit at the mic for about 5 minutes before he asked to take your order...once he came on the mic he was very dry and sounded like he did not want to be at work...I heard him take the order of the person in front of me and then my order was next in a ....very dry and rude voice. my order was taken...I drive to the first window...thinking some one coming I waited...only to have a minute later someone at the second window hold my bag out the window....as I drove up...the young man was just standing there looking after I Said I did not know I had to pull down...he said nothing...I in turn asked..you don't want to be at work today?...again he says nothing...he just takes my card and hands me my card then my drink...I just look because I hate to say I'm used to service like this...I really had to post this because it was SAD...I really hate I drove off without my receipt...it will be a minute before I go back to this Wendy's...hopefully he want be there when I decide to go back.
