The fish sandwich was horrible this time. Looks like it was left over from yesterday. I had last week which was pretty good. All about consistency. I want to have again here. I’m at the Wendy’s. I 55 North Frontage Rd. in Jackson Mississippi.

This never fell at Wendy's instead of telling customers what you out of. When ordering a product, don't just give the customers your choices. Order a sprite and get a ginger ale it looks off so I ask the lady what was wrong with the sprite she's over mama it's Ginger ale we out of sprite. Where do they do that at Wendy's. Not the first time that happened Northside didn't one time. Smh

I wanted some chili for Wenesday’s lunch and found out it was undercooked . I called and talked to a so called member of management , but she acted like she didn’t care at all. So , Thursday, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom at work getting that mess out of my system. I should had called Coorporate on the Wendys on 4920 I-55 North, but hopefully they will see it.
Don't use the Wendy's phone app. Placed an order while waiting for groceries at Kroger. When I got to the store for pickup; the app had doubled and tripled items AFTER I had reviewed the order and hit "submit".The Wendy's on I-55 beligerantly refused to even discuss correcting the erroneous order.I love Wendy's food and it is my "go-to" for burgers or chili. But, I will be avoiding the unhelpful rude staff at the I-55 location if at all possible. It's a shame as that location is actually within bicycling distance of my home.

This is the best Popeyes in the area to me. Customer service is exceptional
This ain’t it.. I should have known from the drive through. I had to repeat my self 3 times.. Try to pay, it say my card decline (a sign from God). She ask if it’s money on my card… Me thinking “Naw I gave you a card with no money on it”. She try it again it goes through.. Get my food only to find out something missing… Then get home to find out I got unsweet tea and not sweet.. I couldn’t do anything but smh at that point.

I chose Wendy's because every other drive threw was swamped. That should have been my 1st clue lol. I decided on the chicken sandwich and fries. The fries were hot and fresh. However, my chicken sandwich might add well been road kill it was so stiff and dry. At least it would have been warm. ??. I will say that the staff was friendly and the service was fast.
