Team members were rude including the manager. I simply asked a team member was my food ready & she rolled her eyes. She then stated out loud “ she can wait .” I approached the counter and advised that she didn’t have to roll her eyes I just wanted to know if my food was ready because she gave someone else their food that came in 20 minutes after me. The manager then began to say to me nobody is talking to you. She didn’t hear nothing nor saw anything but had something to say. She then got loud and aggressive.

Ms Tameka is the absolute best. We love going to this location specifically because of her she makes the experience great and we look forward to seeing her. The food is always hot and fresh; sometimes our order is incorrect but only because of the way the app is set up not at all due to the workers which should be looked into because it slows them down having to remake orders. Ms Tameka is always more than happy to fix the issue and is very apologetic even though it’s no fault of their own. Do whatever you have to do to keep her around!

Food was cooked in old grease so the fries were horrible taste and texture . Chicken was soggy cause they didn’t drain it just put it in box and sprinkled seasoning on it so it’s just soaking in grease . Corn also looked bad because EVERYTHING WAS COOKED IN OLD GREASE Wasn’t good at all I paid 75$ got enough for a small gathering and it was terrible

The staff was amazing especially the beautiful African American lady that gave me my order. Her vibes were amazing. She issued the type of service that will have you coming back repeatedly.I am here for a week and I will be back.
My husband door dashed food and we needed to ask a question about the drink selection. We called the location at 7:36pm, a lady answered the phone incredibly rude. He started off by saying he had door dashed food and she immediately began speaking loudly and rude “SIR, if you door dash, you need to come in SIR”. She wouldn’t let him get a word in saying “CALL YOUR DASHER”. She was a black lady and told the dasher “They need to get off their ass and come get his own food and stop door dashing”. It’s ridiculous that WingStop would employ employees like that. She is extremely unprofessional and need to be terminated. She is an older black lady - they refused to give her name over the phone. It’s okay because I will report this to corporate. Worst experience ever.
Update: The same following night, manager Kendra called me personally and apologized for the experience. Thank you Kendra for reaching out! I appreciate you for stepping in to cover this matter.

I ordered dinner for my family on yesterday.. The chicken was raw, fries soggy, the corn was cold too. The food wasn't even room temperature. It was awful. I was missing part of my order. This was my go to location because the Ridgeland location is horrible but this one is about the same. Again 100 gone down the drain dealing with Wingstop. Do better or shut down at this point.
