First off everyone has attitude. They are rude and talk to you any kind of way. I ordered lemon pepper wings. I asked if the could put extra seasoning on them, she had an attitude about that. Then get home and my wings look like naked no seasoned wings. I’m pissed

I quite literally waited patiently in line just for the employees to ignore me and let around 4-6 people who came in after me ahead of me and helped them. Also I don’t feel comfortable sharing a picture of my id with these employees just to pick up an order

I've eaten at different wingstop locations in Mississippi and Louisiana and this one was the best so far! Customer service was great, food was literally cooked when ordered, it was hot and fresh! Perfect seasoning. Just delicious!! The girl behind the counter was so friendly and the other lady who I guess was the manager was also nice as can be! Was greeted as soon as we walked in! It was around 2:30 p.m. on Friday afternoon, so whoever the workers were there at that time were amazing!

I went here a few nights ago, the food took to long, but the customer service was horrible. They were yelling and rude to me one lady actually acted like I was getting on her nerves and was yelling at the staff. They were trying to keep up but it was busy but she was out right rude. The girl at the front apologized for her and was nice but you could tell she was irritated also. Will not be coming back here. I was just in town for the weekend but by far the worst wingstop I have been to.

Monday is her name and she’s always phenomenal smiling repeated the order and makes sure you are satisfied before leaving the store. We will come back. We eat Wingstop twice a month sometimes three. She makes the service worth stopping here! Go Monday!!!!!
