I used to love Wingstop! However, my last 3 visits have been less than ideal. Once I got the buffalo bone in wings, the bottom of the box was full of grease. I don’t understand how this could happen. The next time, I try to call my order in so it will be ready when I arrive, the girl on the phone had a horrible attitude saying “you know we not gone start on it till you get here, right? So you mine as well order the app” I said um, okay then. For her to say “you must never ordered Togo before” very rude and unnecessary. Then last night the guy taking my order asked me why I’m there ordered when I could’ve gotten food from anywhere. I don’t know why they talk to customers the way they do but it’s quite frustrating.
I ordered a 10-piece chicken wing and was running up for a combo. My fries were super greasy and disgusting. I like this location because of the flat screen TVs and I can watch sports

This Wingstop disappoints me every time. Either the fries are nasty or the wings are. Today, it was both! My husband asked them to remake the fries, and they were still nasty. If the quality of the food was good the first time, we wouldn’t have asked for a remake. This food is too costly for someone to get upset about a remake. Just disappointing… SMH

This place is the busiest and has the tastiest food, though the wait time can be a bit long. Trust me, it's worth it. The best way to get your food on time is to order online and pick it up after 20 minutes or just DoorDash it! If you're considering dining in, I wouldn't recommend it due to the wait time.

First why tf this place got so many flies like this place should be shut down and yall people still chose to eat here??? And 2nd, i came to pick up a DD order but for some odd peculiar reason the cashier dude asked to see my DL due to policy when I asked but he never asked to see anyone's else...i wont EVER come back but dont do that again!
