Lobby was nasty and not cleaned up .ice machine didn’t have ice. Tea was unavailable. Food was cold . Even after they remade it it was still cold. Order was wrong due to the girl taking the order on her cell phone the entire time. No one wear gloves. No manager on duty to keep the place running smoothly . Drink machine nasty. Food prep area was really nasty. Staff was rude 2/14/23 night shift 830 pm . Do not eat here unless u want some cold dry nasty food.

I never felt myself be disappointed with an order in my life. Especially when it’s was 16.99 combo meal. My so called hot wings was just mainly water and sauce. It wasn’t fresh and hard. And salty dam fries. Gimme me my worth of a meal for a high price Please!!?worse wing stop I ever had!

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Servers were rude, ordered boneless wings and they gave us bone in which wouldn’t have been a problem except my kid won’t eat that. I didn’t bother asking them to correct it because I didn’t feel like eating wings that have been spit in. Don’t waste your time with this place.

My wife and I ordered our food online which was just a 20 piece and received only 12 wings and we waited 46 mins.
we waited around 50 minutes and they still got our order wrong. none of the wings were the correct flavor and they forgot the chicken sandwich plus an order of fries. not one of the wings were right, we got an order of plain, lemon pepper and parmesan, and cajun and garlic Parmesan. we got i think bbq and some other flavor for two of the orders of wings and some bone in wings with some other flavors. 30 minutes into waiting we asked how much longer and our order wasn't in the screen so i'm going to guess they just throw stuff together. now talking about the waiting area itself the floors and tables were sticky. i had sandals on and they almost came off because of how sticky they were .
