Michael is rude and insulting. He did not want to listen to what was wanted for a wedding, insulted all ideas. Even made a point to say he would personally tell his staff not to help in any other areas only the exact thing they were paid for. Would not provide extra napkins etc And when I shared my vision for dinner, and politely said I had found another catering company that would be a better fit (one that wasn’t rude to me) he straight up replied if you can’t afford me just say so. (Paid 4x’s his amount to use someone different and worth every penny) I could go on and on about how insulting and rude he was. The most shocking experience of all of wedding planning!
