Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Spent $25 to get "JACKED!". The Toast was cold and had the texture of foam. The Bone-In-Chicken were drumlets parts....not whole pieces and had the texture of mashed potatoes.
The Frys were cold and mushy... The Chicken Tender Strips had a spongy texture.

This food was repulsive and was extremely disrespectful.

Went through the drive thru and the person at the window was not very friendly. This is why people go to Chick-fil-A. Their customer service is outstanding. I really felt like I was more of a bother than a person who pays money that goes towards their paycheck. I understand people have bad days. I try to be very nice to everyone I meet and generally I will get a positive response. But this young lady wasn't having it.

They’re fine I guess until you want a customization. I come there pretty frequently and ask for the same customization every time. Rarely get it and get looked at like crazy when I ask for it. Food is always hot though.

Why did this location make the women restroom into a unisex restroom, but still have a men only restroom? Definitely not safe for little kids to go alone,or women for that matter.

No doubt, the smallest Zaxby's I've ever been in. Ate there on a Sunday, and not around time for church folks to eat. The place was packed like a can of sardines. So much so, there were no place to sit. Waited almost 15 minutes to order. Employees working the counter should receive additional training on politeness and smiling when dealing with the public. When the food was ready, we did find one table to sit at, but had to wiggle cautiously past others to get there. One thing I did notice and that was, there were no white employees. Odd.

It's 11:30 am, and you have to wait for your food. Poor service!
