I cook...like COOK COOK but I chose to not do it as a career. I ordered the seafood spud and ribeye, MEDIUM.
my steak wasn't ribeye.. it was VERY MUCH top round cut...and the texture was rubber.
I'm disappointed for what I paid and that was my first and last time eating there.

First timer - overall, this is a NO….went on a Friday night. The staff were really nice. Ordered pickup. Food took an additional 20mins. Got the Boston’s Jr, fried broccoli and cinnamon rolls from the counter (they said they were delivered that day). I also ordered toast, but they forgot to add it and I wasn’t going back. The burger’s beef tasted frozen and fake- like not real beef. The wings taste old and over-sauced. The shrimp had cool flavor, but the breading was salt. The cinnamon rolls were homemade and had ok flavor, but the texture was off and not consistent. The fried broccoli’s breading wasn’t great. I wanted this to be good, but nothing scratched the itch. I ended up eating chips to have some type of taste satisfaction. I gave it a chance, but I won’t be returning.

The chef was just one guy working hard. Crazy hard. Two ladies sitting around not really being much help. Barely knew how to use the register.
Despite the service, the foot traffic was pretty heavy.
Bro in the back was working hard but maybe a bit too hard. Orders were stacking up and you could see him sweating.
Takeout only. The inside of the place looks pretty rough. I didn't want to sit down or touch anything.
But again despite all those red flags, the flavor was spot on. I ate and left no survivors.

The food was delicious. Part of our order consisted the catfish, pork chop sandwich, and spuds with chicken, shrimp, and steak...EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!!! We ate and left no crumbs...LITERALLY!!! But Shout Out to person who cooked the pork chops...BUSSIN'!!! Definitely going back when we return to Jackson.

I’ve ordered from Zoe’s on multiple accounts. This last order I decided to try the burger and fries. The patty on the burger was a frozen patty!! I couldn’t get past two bites!! Also, I didn’t know seafood sauce was apart of the loaded fries. It was not something I desired on my fries. Totally expected better! I literally couldn’t believe they used a frozen patty version versus a handmade patty like they’ve done in the past. Please don’t change up the quality of your food to take shortcuts as this is a great way to run off customers.

The food looks way better than it taste. I had catfish and shrimp pasta. I have never in my life had tasteless catfish and that is what it gave. The pasta was lacking flavor and just had a bunch of parsley to make it look cute. You can save you $25. On the other hand, the customer service was good the lady at the register was very nice and attentive. The atmosphere us kinda shady. I do not feel like they have enough rules. A customer was literally sitting on top of the checkout counter… that was weird and made me uncomfortable.
