We were excited to try Dockside based on the positive reviews, especially while visiting from out of town. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t match the expectations. When we arrived, the main dining area was closed and locked, even though the restaurant was still listed as open. After placing our order, we were told they were about to close and could no longer accommodate us. It was disappointing, especially after making the effort to visit. While others may have had great experiences, ours sadly did not reflect the same level of service.

Quintessential country diner. They say they have the best hamburgers and they know what they’re talking about. The Philly with ribeye was delicious too. Try those onion rings. They’re different and very good. Thanks for everything. We’ll be back.

It's a small place and they had fans instead of AC but the waitress was very nice and I had a huge gyro and my husband had 2 grilled shrimp wraps with an extra order of haystack onion rings. Everything was good and very reasonably priced. Onion rings light and crunchy, not greasy. Pita bread and cucumber sauce delicious with lots of veggies.

The food is excellent! The shakes were out of this world!!
We just stopped to eat at 5:15 pm and the dining room was locked and the close sign was displayed. However the open sign was flashing at the walk up ordering. The man at the window said it was open. The two employees begin arguing over it. We are headed to Wards.

Small little restaurant with big flavorful food my only critique I have is the dining room needs a little updating.
Went for lunch today (table of 5) and had a great experience . very intimate spot. i had the blackened shrimp boat . the shrimp were seasoned and cooked perfectly. the caramel cheesecake milkshake was SWEET but delicious. even the cocktail sauce was a standout. only regret is not trying the stuffed crab ! very friendly staff . will be coming again.
