No one out-pizzas the hut..Update needs to happen if the building is gonna stay alive. It's severely outdated, If not convert it to a drive thru/delivery only.

The online service has always been great everytime I have used it. When I order online during my lunch break my order is always ready and waiting for me. The service I have received has always been friendly and nice. I have never had any trouble with my order or with the employees.

One of the 2 worst locations I've been to. Hardly anything out for the buffet. Salad Bar was very spartan even for pizza hut. No salt,pepper,crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese on tables. Have to ask for salt and pepper, have to buy crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese small shakers if you want them.I understand the economy surrounding this location is poor but it's still a major chain restaurant and reputation must be maintained. Definitely won't eat at this particular location again.

Piss poor people produce piss poor food and service. This place has bad employees who don't care and don't want to work there. The attitude is evident in the service and the food. Not trusting the people here to make good food. PizzaHut is pretty uniform and consistent from location to location, but not here. The wings were like scraps and the pizza looked like it had been assembled from across the room. I returned everything and went to another restaurant.

Wile waiting to pick up my order I witnessed an employee improperly handling another customer's pizza. I attempted to inform the manager on duty but they seemed more bothered that I would bring an issue to them. 0 stars.
Drove from Philadelphia, ms to sit down and dine in so thank you for opening the dining area! The people that work here are very nice except when calling to see if dining room was open they kept putting me on hold automatically instead of asking me to hold. The negatives: No fountain drinks so you have to pay $2 per soda. (I wasn’t told when i ordered.)you have to purchase crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese instead of shakers at the table. I guess you’re doing anything you can to save a penny.

I have always enjoyed eating at Pizza Hut for years. It has changed in the Kosciusko store. Food is slow, store needs a deep cleaning, and employees are not customer friendly. Do better!

Very Very slow! Was asked to pull down no other cars in line and waited over 25 mins on an order that was placed online not to mention the rude little girl at the window!! The ready in 15 mins turned into 45 mins!

It's Pizza Hut so it's good. I had hoped for a salad, but the salad bar was not even prepared. Our food was ordered as dine in. It was served as take out. The server was pleasant though. I still tipped also.
