One of the 2 worst locations I've been to. Hardly anything out for the buffet. Salad Bar was very spartan even for pizza hut. No salt,pepper,crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese on tables. Have to ask for salt and pepper, have to buy crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese small shakers if you want them.I understand the economy surrounding this location is poor but it's still a major chain restaurant and reputation must be maintained. Drove from Philadelphia, ms to sit down and dine in so thank you for opening the dining area! The people that work here are very nice except when calling to see if dining room was open they kept putting me on hold automatically instead of asking me to hold. The negatives: No fountain drinks so you have to pay $2 per soda. (I wasn’t told when i ordered.)you have to purchase crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese instead of shakers at the table. The online service has always been great everytime I have used it. When I order online during my lunch break my order is always ready and waiting for me. The service I have received has always been friendly and nice. I have never had any trouble with my order or with the employees.
