Ordered online called to ask for silverware and extra butter. Needless to say didn’t receive either even confirmed with Newt silverware was in bag. I’m moving here but don’t have kitchen set up . Was going to enjoy having Applebees close to house. Will try once more in several days. Young servers don’t care weather order us right or wrong.

Overall great experience this time. No wait time as the house was not busy, food and drinks were brought out pretty quick and waitress was attentive.
Took my son in for lunch . Had to sit ourselves. Than was told it was against policy to sit ourselves. Point is if they were doing their job . I wouldn’t have had to do it for them. Not the best place i would recommend if they cant be on game

Four friends wanted so bad to eat at a Applebee’s (thanks to Walker Hayes! Lol). We all ordered something different. My friend and I ordered steak. One without potatoes and one without the veggie. My friends order was wrong and she waited until the rest of us to finish. Waitress was nice but kept blaming the cook for the mess up. She never did get her corrected meal which was potatoes and no veggie. They deducted $5 from her bill. We were disappointed and won’t return ever.

Our server, Haylee, was new and sweet. She wasn't familiar with how foods were prepared so she had to ask someone else. My whisky BBQ bacon burger didn't taste right plus it was overdone. It tasted like fish. I wasn't asked how I wanted it. When she asked how the food was I told her it didn't taste right. Without question, she took it and got me another entree. Thank you Haylee. Just a suggestion to management, make sure the servers know the me u items so the servers are better prepared.
