Four friends wanted so bad to eat at a Applebee’s (thanks to Walker Hayes! Lol). We all ordered something different. My friend and I ordered steak. One without potatoes and one without the veggie. My friends order was wrong and she waited until the rest of us to finish. Waitress was nice but kept blaming the cook for the mess up. She never did get her corrected meal which was potatoes and no veggie. They deducted $5 from her bill. We were disappointed and won’t return ever.

Our server, Haylee, was new and sweet. She wasn't familiar with how foods were prepared so she had to ask someone else. My whisky BBQ bacon burger didn't taste right plus it was overdone. It tasted like fish. I wasn't asked how I wanted it. When she asked how the food was I told her it didn't taste right. Without question, she took it and got me another entree. Thank you Haylee. Just a suggestion to management, make sure the servers know the me u items so the servers are better prepared.

We stopped on the way back home last night. The waitress was on point at first. She took our drink orders. Came back took our appetizer order. Came again and took our meal order. Appetizer came and it was good. We waited for the meal we never received it. Three other groups came in after us. They were seated and meals served. We waited. Our waitress kept asking if we needed anything else. We said we were waiting for our meal three different times. After that our waiter kept by passing us and serving the other tables. I asked another waitress to get our tickets after our waiter didn't come back to our table. The other waitress brought out ticket. We had been charged for 2 meals, that we never received. I explained to her that we only had appetizers and drinks. We asked her to give us a corrected bill. She went and came back and asked, do you want your meat to go. I said no, we just want to pay for what we were served and leave since it had been enough time and 3 other tables that came in after us had received their meals. We got up to go. I waitress came by and I stopped her and asked what happened. She said she didn't know. We got up, the manager came. I explained the situation. I told him we just want to pay for what we received. He said okay. He went to the register to correct the bill. Then he said go ahead, no charge. We thanked him and left. Disappointed at the service between the waitress and the kitchen.

My granddaughter and I went. It was my birthday. We had a wonderful time. The manager hugh my neck. Our waitress was great. Our food was delicious. I would recommend Applebees to everyone in Laurel, Mississippi

WARNING!!! Do not waste your money or time here. Food was slow to arrive, cold foods were warm, hot foods were cold... not seasonings. We left over 2/3rds of our plates full... disgusting looking and tasting! Service was the WORST ever! The place was praticaly empty, but it took 8 minutes to get seated... yes, I do user a timer. I spend my money, I expect good service and food. The servers have the nastiest attitudes and are very slow. The looks on their faces, and sly comments, suggested to us that we really were not welcome there. Let's just say we were a little more TAN/brown than others. Also, what happened to cleanliness??? Floors, bathroom, booth seating... all dirty! This was my first and last time at this Applebees. If I could leave zero stars, I would have. Visit at your own risk... you have been warned.

The food was good but not Great. The server was most excellent. She realized after speaking about what I wanted that they didn't have it. She did everything she could to provide excellent service. 100% on the server. The atmosphere was too cold. I had to box my food and bring it home.
