My husband & I took an Enhanced Carry & Conceal class and we were taken to Bar 3 for the shooting portion. The range was easy to get to and had plenty of space for all types of shooting events. Good facility.

Bar3 is the bast Range in the South for Practice at 600yds and 1000yds. Their electronic targets are 2nd to none, Hextra targets and the shooting line is covered. The winds are almost always a challenge, the mirage is almost always there; it just lends itself to be the best long range practice around. Did I mention the people are nice and helpful. Shot gunners have the best setups and plenty of them. Great place to shoot! Bar none! Bar3! 5 Stars!!

Made the trip to Bar 3 yesterday from Slidell, LA (about 100 miles). It was well worth the trip!! Mike and his daughter (and the dogs) were very cordial and inviting. The facilities are well-maintained and the property is a pleasure to spend some time on. The electronic targets make the whole experience really nice. It was my first time shooting 600 and 1000 yards and I had a great time doing it. Looking forward to my next trip back!!!

Excellent setup for long distance competition. The electronic target system is AWESOME! All of the competition/range staff are extremely nice, helpful and genuinely make you feel at home. All around great experience for any skill level of shooter who is looking to compete, meet some great folks and just have a lot of fun.
