I ordered wings and it was supposed to come with celery, but it didn’t. I asked the certified trainer that was there for my celery. She told me I had to ask for it when I ordered, but why wasn’t I asked when I placed my order over the phone? It just didn’t make sense. They ended up charging me 60 cents for some celery that was supposed to come with my order. The wings were ok could have used some seasoning but their staff sucks!

My food was okay but a little dry. I had the BBQ Boneless wings. I was seated at a unclean Table and my cup was dirty.

When we came in and was seated a nice girl named Brionna served us. She was amazing since she was the only server actually doing anything. She was the only server we seen walking around, taking orders, and serving food. We seen 5 other servers just sitting at the computer and heard them gossiping. They weren’t terribly busy and it’s a shame they had that poor girl doing everything. We had to wait 20 minutes for mozzarella which is understandable since she was the only person actually working. She had 7 tables including us with each table having atleast 4-6 people.

I got food poisoning from the boneless wings. Me and my friend both are sick from this place. I’m not sure if it’s the chicken that was old or if it wasn’t cooked properly.

First time back in a few years. Had a craving for something different. Got the Asian Zing wings for an appetizer. Then the Mushroom Burger to top it off. Ended up taking half of it home for lunch the next day. Wings were a little bit hotter than I remembered but they were perfect. Not overcrispy and hard like some places. I think I got full quicker because I gobbled up all my fries. They were addictive. Plenty of football on the tv's on Saturday. We got there just before the dinner rush. When we left, it got really busy and kinda loud for minute. Overall, real nice people and we had a great time.

Went with my family (of 5) for a get together lunch, we waited all morning to eat because we wanted to have room for some good food. We get there and waited 45 mins for our food to come out. And this was already concerning as the restaurant had only a few people in there eating. After waiting for 45 mins the all food came out cold! The boneless wings we ordered had barely any sauce on them and were solid cold. All the fries were cold to all the meals we had. The chicken sandwich was horrible nasty and soggy. And I really hated to feel as if I was being a Karen but we had high expectations for this restaurant and was very disappointed in the food quality and service.

My family is here for a World Series trip! After our game my family, a party of 10 decided to eat here..4:30pm #3469 1826 Jefferson St, Laurel Mississippi. The seating, take our order with the first sever was fine. This particular server (Sierra) asked did anyone take our order, we said yes and she went on with her tables. Keep in mind sierra isn’t our waitress. Minutes goes by after we get our food, as she past our table again I politely asked for silverware. Sierra comes back walking fast a threw a set of silverware on my table!! At this point I’m furious, telling her to take it back and I need 10 for the whole party! Sierra is speaking loud with me saying “I’m busy, I have other tables”.. if so why did you stop if your that busy? Our second server (Makhiya) that was here when all this happened apologized and reported the issue as she should! Thank you again, Makhiya.. after reporting the issue the manager never once came to our table to speak to us until I asked for her! Realizing who this manger was (ASHLEY) I declined speaking to her because Ashley walked past us several times without resolving the issue! Thank you BWW for treating us like shi…we paid our bill and left a great tip! Never again Mississippi

Favorite place to eat, and this time, the service wasn't good. The beer was flat, the wings were ok, I ordered loaded potato wedges and just got plain potato wedges. I got 2 beers and waited 15 minutes before getting the second. It wasn't busy. I submitted points that I had available to use and the guy told me that what I chose was for take-out. Umm, NO WHERE did it say take out. Even in my email confirmation, nothing was mentioned that what I chose was for take-out. Get it together, hopefully it'll be better next go around.
