Honestly this is a perfect example of the kitchen staff hitting all of the right notes, and the front of house service destroying the experience.
Waiting 20 minutes to be served, waiting again for food that was forgotten the first time, not getting any refills, and waiting to pay for another 20 minutes, and then having our changed shoved into the middle of the table was enough to make me not only not tip, but take time out of day to write a review.
Guys, this isn’t us asking you to be Chick-fil-A, I do not need someone to ask how my day was or make me feel special, but if you create an atmosphere that clearly yells “We don’t care if you’re here and don’t care if you come back” then guess what? I won’t be back.

Had supper there! Excellent service, shoutout for Taylor! Food was very good! My husband lost his wallet and we didn’t discover it missing until much later. The staff found it and turned it into the office for safe keeping. Definitely recommend Laurel’s Buffalo Wild Wings!

My bartender was amazing. I ordered food got 20 wings, they said I could get 4 sauces. Well my bartender came back and said they kitchen said they were not saucing different flavors. I need to pick 2, I have never posted a review but the fact is I’m paying for this.

Taylor, my bartender was the best! Waaaaay too good to be at a BWW in Laurel Mississippi!!!! Got stuck here with truck problems but happy that I was able to deal with my problems at her bar.

Great experience, our server Amanda was very kind and helpful. She frequently checked on us and greeted us with a warm smile. I've never done a review before, but Amanda made us feel welcome, and comfortable, so I felt like I needed to let that be known.

I would give them 5 stars, but it's in Laurel. I've been there several times. The city water in Laurel taste nasty. I don't know what the problem is. Some restaurants filter their water, some don't. Some will offer you bottled water for free or charge for it. Doesn't matter to me. I have one kidney, born that way. I don't drink much of anything but water. Usually, they offer me a bottle water but they said they didn't have any, just tap water. I probably would have ordered the wings, but no water. So I ordered a sandwich and took a few sips from a Dr. Pepper, that costs me $3 and I left on the table.

Me and my husband n child went to buffalo on Sunday night around 9 first of all the host was so rude she acted like she hated her job so much she wasn’t even in her area to be seen we waited and had to look for her and she was mad because we didn’t want to sit in the tall tables she proceeded to walk away to a table didn’t even say “this way or follow me” I’m a host myself and I never treated people like this. If she hated her job so much she could go and work somewhere else hated her attitude and whole time I was there she was still mad never going bad

Just about the worst service I ever had in my life. It was not busy but waited 12 mins for them to take my order. 20 mins later the manager brought my food out but I still was waiting on my drink. After eating I had to wave staff over 20 mins later just to get my check. The entire time the staff was just standing around playing on their phones.

My first impression was not impressed. The welcome sign asked to wait to be seated. We were greeted by a waitress who seated us at a TrueType table and then used a wet rag to wipe it and left water all over the table. Had the All American Classic Cheeseburger. It was so greasy the grease oozed and the sandwich slides all over the place . The tea was great. The French fries were small portions for the price and not tasty at all. Rather hard like they had been warmed a second time. The person that brought our food acted as though he hated his job. The waitress was Awesome. She was the best part of my experience. Won’t be back.
