Used to be a good fast food place. Now they make you pull up and wait for them to bring out the food. Sat in line with several cars today waiting. You don't wait at the window anymore. I watched the young lady bring food to the car in front of me and gave them a bag of food. Then she walked to my car and tried to give me the wrong order. She then walked back to the other car that she gave my order to and then tried to give it to me after it had already been through several hands. No thank you. I told her that I did not want it and to tell the manager (they must not have one) that I would not be back. Sad part is all of the fast food restaurants are doing the same thing. Prices going up and service is coming down. The owner of that place is losing money big time.

Today my dream cum myth of greatness of Burger King is totally shattered. Quality. technic. hygiene and taste- you failed in each aspect of fast food leadership. I am shocked to see the deterioration of this brand which was torch bearer to the industry. Burger King management how can you allow this? Cold pre-fried chicken patties, stale lettuce and tasteless food, soggy patty in Crispy Chicken. Soft drink machine not working properly, no ice and diluted soft drink. Dirty stained tables to sit. I am really heart broken as Burger King Fan.

How hard is it to get an order, right? I asked for a number 7, but I literally asked to pay extra for bacon to be put on my sausage croissant, and they didn't even put it on my breakfast sandwich it looks like a hot mess. The drive thru lady was rude while taking my order as well. I get it's early, but there no need to be rude towards ur customers and get people's orders done correctly.
