My mother stopped to get my daughter a burger and the woman working the window because they made the burger wrong the lady began screaming at my elderly mother saying just because she is white don't mean she has to be nice and threatened her and said she would come through the window and slap her glasses off all while my daughter sat in the back seat crying and scared. The manager came bit did nothing to stop the woman from screaming through the whole store where other customers where listening. The manager did nothing to help didn't even say a word just motioned my mother to move on. That is the worst situation I have ever heard and I'm mad. I cant even get anyone to talk to me about it so if you are reading this do not go to this location!!!!! Sorry excuse for customer service. And treating people with respect!!!!!
I had the Whopper Jr., and it was smaller than I remembered. The fries were warm, not hot. The sweet tea was good.

On 5/20/24, I ordered an (8) piece chicken nugget, two (6) piece chicken nugget kids meals, and two adult meals. Once I got home, I realized that I was not given the (8) piece, and both of the kids meals were 4 piece instead of the (6) that I ordered and paid for. I used to not really bother with things like this, but whenever you’re spending $40+ dollars on dang fast food, you really aren’t happy whenever you don’t receive what you paid for. Definitely not happy about this experience.

Some of the workers are Rude. Get irritated easily. Will snap at you. If busy then chances are your order will be wrong in some way! Food is always fresh though! & Like the drink machine with all its choices. Very helpful & friendly service at front counter by AMY! Sweet. Speedy. Knowledgeable. Knows her job. Always smiling. She is the reason myself & a few friends have returned going here to eat! Hope they can keep this one!! The good never stay!

We went through the drive thru and got breakfast. I would give the entire experience a 10. The food was delicious and hot, the cashier was super friendly. My coffee was delicious. Highly recommend this burger King.
