Delicious food for lunch or dinner. Courteous staff as well. It's in the middle of Laurel's walkable downtown, so you can walk right in while taking in the art and architecture, or between shopping the nearby local businesses.

My husband and I had lunch here on January 23rd. It was really good. We shared an appetizer of Fried Green Tomatoes with the Pepper Jelly instead of the crawfish sauce. So good!!!! I had a shrimp po-boy and my husband had fried shrimp with dirty rice. So good. I was too hungry to take pictures before I had eaten! Next time.

We stopped for lunch, and it was great. The chicken salad on a croissant with a fresh fruit side dish was excellent.

Tried for 30 minutes to get someone to answer the phone after submitting a request online to reserve a table for 10; no one ever answered and my online request was denied. So.... taking our group somewhere else.

Visited Laurel for one day passing through and enjoyed the day and seeing the continued advancement since my visit 3 years ago. The restaurant experience was excellent with very good food, service, and reasonable prices. The only disappointments were the restaurant atmosphere that could have been perfect but some of the lightbulbs along the interior walls have been replaced with cold 5K white light bulbs that take away from the warm welcoming feeling and are bothersome to the eyes. Also, we sat at the front by the windows which was a perfect spot for us but the windows needed cleaning. If these items are taken care of the restaurant will hit all 5s.

We went to Laurel for the first time and decided to trying this place out and it was great! We started with the boudin balls and I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture of them. The boudin balls were awesome, I highly recommend them. I got the mardi gras poboy which was pretty good and the fries were great. I got to try some of the redfish and the catfish Florentine which would definitely get if I ever go back. Over all it was a great meal.
