The worst service I've ever had! Ordered in mobile app but waiting an additional 10 minutes for our food then when I was given my food is was only half of what I ordered! I was told I'd have to wait another 5 minutes which was longer than 5 minutes for my order. Many people on mobile waited and watched people come in order in line and leave before us 😡 so why have an app then?? Once I got my food it order was incorrect even though they have the receipt in their hands!! Saw several wrong orders being brought back! On top of all this the manager or owner whoever stood at a computer hearing us complain about service and did NOTHING couldn't even apologize. Ridiculous. No sauce in our bags after I asked twice.

Why ask for a name for the order if y'all are just going to put whatever you THOUGHT you heard instead of asking the customer to repeat the name or say it back to them. Same thing with ordering....ask the customer what do they want and you guys just don't listen or don't care to listen. This is not the first or the second time I've ordered and been giving food but not what I ordered. This is not the chic fil a I once knew and loved... We miss the old chic fil a!

The food was okay but the service and lack of cleanliness was disappointing. This is the second time we have stopped at this particular Chick-fil-A and have been disappointed both times. It appeared there were a lack of workers and those working seemed to not have guidance and leadership. We decided to a take out but it took 50 minutes from when we exited our vehicle until we entered it again. They paid attention to the drive through customers but left the dine in and take customers behind. We were not the only people who had a poor experience. Several other people had similar experience while we were there. We will not be attending this particular restaurant again.

They stopped having spicy honey chicken sandwich with pimento and cheese, I think they should keep it indefinitely. It's mucho delicious.

This location started strong but is failing in many areas. The last several time I've been there I have gotten over cooked chicken nuggets, soggy lettuce on salads, wrong items, very fatty chicken patties, and fries that will break a tooth. Not one time but multiple. The play area is not
Clean and hot so it's a breeding ground for germs and the tables and bathrooms have been horrible. The owners should pick up the game because Chick-Fil-A will drop them like a hat

I lost my wallet close to chik-fil-a . No one that worked there saw me simply because they were so busy . Long story short I ended up calling to see if anyone turned it in . There was a young lady I think blonde hair who literally stopped , came outside and helped me look . Not just that she gave me her number to contact me personally if anyone had found or turned it in . She didn’t have to do that yet she did . They were busy and she still took the time to help me . I thank you so much for that !

If I could give zero stars, I would! I have visited this chain restaurant in many different states. The service is always polite and the food is accurate and hot. This location lacks professional and does not completely fill the order. Gracie, was not very friendly as I was helping my elderly father over the phone and items were missing. No one answered the phone when I called to discuss. It is sad that they threw his order together and did not exemplify the standard of their company. Gracie needs more training! I’m really sadden by their demeanor and lack great customer service. Go to Hattiesburg if you can!

Love love love this Chick-fil-A, but went through the drive through, cheese on a NO CHEESE biscuit. Of course you've already driven off. "One egg biscuit, one sausage and egg biscuit, no cheese", Oh, you want a sausage biscuit, and a sausage and egg biscuit - "No, just an egg biscuit". Of course as we've already driven down the road it's a sausage biscuit and a sausage, egg, and CHEESE biscuit. Oh, well, otherwise great store, super owners, can't win them all.

Service was fast, and the employees very polite. But the restaurant is very dirty, nobody cleans the tables and/or floors. Very lacking compared to other Chick Fila a locations we've visited.

Did not meet my expectations by Chick-fil-A standards. Ordering and food delivery were very slow. Cashier didn't understand the concept of physical cash and ended up short changing me. Painful experience for a chicken sandwich.
