I went to order food at the drive thru and when I got the window I pulled out my wallet getting ready to pay for my meal only to discover my bank card was missing. I told the girl working at the window about what was going on and that just forget it I'll do without. She then offered to pay for my food. I surprised by this, and told her she doesn't have to do that, but she insisted on it. So she paid for my order out of pocket. Thank you to that girl, she was very kind for that. I don't know her name, but she was a slim young black girl with glasses.

The slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes get to the window and the order is still not ready for another 10-20 minutes.

Grilled chicken sandwich was not up to normal Chick-fil-A quality here. The bottom price of bread was hard and the chicken was chewy. While waiting at the window, multiple cars behind us kept getting orders completed before my mobile order.

The owner was extremely rude. We had a mobile order that charged the debit card 3 different times. So as we called to explain the situation and instead of listening, she wanted to interrupt, have an extremely rude attitude. I love Chic Fila but that was uncalled for.

Quite possibly the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to in my life. Pulled up to the drive-through in the second lane and watched two other cars go before me that had pulled up after me. After being ignored for 5 minutes I pulled around and waited 15+ minutes just to leave the actual drive-through Without talking to anybody because the order in front of me was taking so long. Such abysmal service that I really don’t care to give this place another try after they change their hormone balance in the chicken as well.

Didn’t appreciate the lie this morning, I always order order a number 1 and swap the biscuit for a bun. This has been every Saturday just about for the past 9 years at locations across the southeast including this one and I have never ever had an issue or been told they cannot do this until this morning. The young man working the register (super friendly) wasn’t sure how to ring it up as this was only his 2nd day at his new job but when he approached another team member he was told that they couldn’t do this. I am not sure if it is just poor training or what but this should be addressed or we will not return to this location.
