The slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes get to the window and the order is still not ready for another 10-20 minutes.

Didn’t appreciate the lie this morning, I always order order a number 1 and swap the biscuit for a bun. This has been every Saturday just about for the past 9 years at locations across the southeast including this one and I have never ever had an issue or been told they cannot do this until this morning. The young man working the register (super friendly) wasn’t sure how to ring it up as this was only his 2nd day at his new job but when he approached another team member he was told that they couldn’t do this. I am not sure if it is just poor training or what but this should be addressed or we will not return to this location.

This Chick-fil-A is the worst service CFA we’ve ever been to. We go to cfa all across the states and get the best, fast, service. The one here in Laurel, the employees are not nice half of the time and you have to wait in the drive thru line for long periods of time. It’s no surprise to wait 20-30 min just to get to the box to order.

Good food, but beware, if you order a half and half tea on the app and pick up in the drive through they will give you straight up unsweet instead. It’s happened to me twice in a row now

This is the best Chick-Fil-A I have been to. I do not live in Laurel, I am 6 1/2 hours away. I drive through Laurel twice a year. coming back from Round Top, TX. Evey time, I stop at this Chick-Fil-A. The food is always good, warm, fresh. The personnel is always very professional, kind, friendly, helpful. I had the pleasure to meet the owner yesterday. I have to say she is not afraid of rolling up her sleeves. There was a lot of traffic around Chick-Fil-A and she was outside, directing traffic and bringing food to the cars of her customers to make the line flow better and faster. She was doing all this with a beautiful smile. If she remembers me (we talked about antiques at Round Top, TX), I say hi and I congratulate her for a shop so well run.

Chic-Fil-A is known for efficient drive thru service but not this one. They are slow. And they gave me 12 of the smallest nuggets I’ve ever seen.

The worst service I've ever had! Ordered in mobile app but waiting an additional 10 minutes for our food then when I was given my food is was only half of what I ordered! I was told I'd have to wait another 5 minutes which was longer than 5 minutes for my order. Many people on mobile waited and watched people come in order in line and leave before us 😡 so why have an app then?? Once I got my food it order was incorrect even though they have the receipt in their hands!! Saw several wrong orders being brought back! On top of all this the manager or owner whoever stood at a computer hearing us complain about service and did NOTHING couldn't even apologize. Ridiculous. No sauce in our bags after I asked twice.

Why ask for a name for the order if y'all are just going to put whatever you THOUGHT you heard instead of asking the customer to repeat the name or say it back to them. Same thing with ordering....ask the customer what do they want and you guys just don't listen or don't care to listen. This is not the first or the second time I've ordered and been giving food but not what I ordered. This is not the chic fil a I once knew and loved... We miss the old chic fil a!
