This is my fave cookie place. Every time I come home, if I make it before they close I have to get one. They’re so moist and melt in your mouth good. They are a bit pricey at about 1/ cookie but that’s at most cookie shops and they don’t taste half as good as these. Cookie cakes are to die for.

I placed an order a few hours before needing one due to very bad timing and even during the busy month of many graduation cakes being placed and made they did EXCELLENT! Thank you so much for spelling the name correctly and having the cookie cake done just in time when I needed it!

I have always ordered my cakes for every occasion from this location. Today, I ordered a cake that was to be ready at 3:00. I was still waiting at 4:10. The employee writing on my cake was chatting and laughing with a friend which caused him to write the wrong thing on my cake. They both laughed and he wiped it off. He wrote the correct thing on the cookie which looked like a complete mess and the writing was sloppy. I told him I wasn't pleased and he laughed so I told him I wasn't buying the cake. I'm very disappointed in his customer service and the quality of his work. Tomorrow, my co-worker won't have her birthday cake.
I have always loved Classic Cookie but the last two cookies we have gotten from the Laurel store have been awful. My nephews cake wasn't even ready for the day of his party and my daughters cake wasn't what we ordered. I specifically asked for the biggest square cookie and I got the round one, which meant there wasn't enough for the amount of people that was at her party. The girl that took my order was in a hurry to get off of the phone to make sure my order was correct. Today was the last time I'll be using Classic Cookie for my party needs.

The cookie we Pre ordered for Valentine's day fell way short of expectations from previous purchases. We will definitely be thinking twice before ordering again. The cookie was paper thin. I know it has to be thin but never like that before. Very disappointed kids.

Great customer service. Great cookies and brownies, but too pricey! I could go home & bake 2 BOXES of brownies for what they charge for 1 small brownie! (Same with the cookies. I could buy & bake 2 dozen for the price of 1 cookie from there.) And the Large Round "Cookie Cakes" are a lot cheaper at several local Grocery Stores.
