If ZERO was an option you would get that!!! The manager working today Nov. 17th, 2024 is rude and inappropriate. After placing an online order for an ice cream cake on Thursday and receiving confirmation we were told they did not have our order. The manager said he “didnt see the order”. We then asked if we purchased a cake from the freezer could we get a discount due to their mistake. He said NO you aren’t getting a discount. He made no attempt to rectify the situation and then yelled and cussed at my husband to which he of course cussed back. The manager then banned him but don’t worry buddy we will never be back to another Dairy Queen Ever!!!!

This is a great restaurant! We've returned time and time again. The owner, when we go on Sundays, is always there. He makes it a point to get to know his repeat customers and remember their names, coming out of the kitchen to check how your meal was and to make light conversation. I always thought that was really nice of him, as busy as he must be. The rest of his staff are always very friendly as well. His store is clean and always well stocked, I don't believe we've ever been told "sorry we're all out" I'm sure it does happen from time to time and maybe we've been lucky but my family has been coming here for years and it just simply has not happened to us. I think this speaks to the management's dedication and attention to detail!. When a restaurant's food and service is questionable, we simply do not return. That's never been the case with Laurel's Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. If it were in the future, our past experiences here would warrant notifying the manager, as we know he would rectify the situation. We have yet to find this necessary. Keep up the great work, guys!

This DQ has the best Blizzard cakes! Better than any other DQ in central and south Mississippi. I've tried almost all of them.Whoever makes their Blizzard cakes really goes above and beyond to make them well. You can tell they take pride in their job!My only complaint is they are out of the brownie Blizzard cake a lot. As in the last 5 times I went in for one, there weren't any. The staff can never seem to answer a simple question...when are more being made and when should I come back?They always say, "I don't know." LolAfter this review I may never be able to find one again!!????????
