I went by to get a vanilla malt ,got it and it was nothing but liquid,my wife and I go here alot and have never had a problem with food or anything but to charge 5.25 for nothing but liquid come on if the ice cream machine was not ready they should have told me will have to wait a few mins.

Since when is it okay for employees to come to work in thier pj's? I come to pick up an order the store was completely dead . I wasn't greeted by an employee. I walk over to the blizzard bar and asked if they had my order . The order wasn't even started . She made the order and when she walked around the corner . She's was in purple crocs baggy Grey sweat pants a yellow shirt with a black mickey mouse sweat shirt this was approximately 530 pm on Wed October 22 . Another male employee had on Grey Alabama sleep pants . Did dairy queen do away with uniforms ? What is the manager doing ? š¤ Do better dairy queen ! Do better .

The owner should really review the security footage at the Laurel location. I arrived around 10 PM, well before the posted closing time of 11 PM, only to find the doors already locked. I went through the drive-thru and was told by a young woman that they were out of hamburger meat and fries, but I could still order chicken tenders or a Blizzard. Meanwhile, the lights were off in the back, and a woman with red braids was sitting at a table, scrolling on her phone. Lady in the window have a tie-dye pull over

If ZERO was an option you would get that!!! The manager working today Nov. 17th, 2024 is rude and inappropriate. After placing an online order for an ice cream cake on Thursday and receiving confirmation we were told they did not have our order. The manager said he ādidnt see the orderā. We then asked if we purchased a cake from the freezer could we get a discount due to their mistake. He said NO you arenāt getting a discount. He made no attempt to rectify the situation and then yelled and cussed at my husband to which he of course cussed back. The manager then banned him but donāt worry buddy we will never be back to another Dairy Queen Ever!!!!
